Orange, Feb. 13, Judge David S. Ross

Daniel Hahn, (cq) 32, of East Main Street, Orange. Pleaded guilty to assault and battery, placed on probation until 2/12/19, with victim witness assessment of $50, must stay 25-yards away from and have no contact with two named people, and must take and complete the anger management program. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Melissa J. Choquette, (cq) 43, of East Main Street, Orange. Placed on pre-trial probation until 8/10/18 for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a candle in a glass jar, must have mental health evaluation and take any after care recommended, must take medications as prescribed, and must have no alcohol and subject to screens. Placed on probation until 8/10/18 for assault and battery on family/household member. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Jessica Sanborn, (both cq) 35, of East River Street, Orange. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting, at Walmart in Orange, amended to third offence, sentenced to six-months probation until 8/10/18, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and mental health evaluation, and take any after care recommended, and must complete the Millennial program on line by 5/15/18. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Thongmee T. Sysoumang (both cq) 33, of North Adams. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor or .08%, in Erving, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 2/15/19, with 45-days mandatory loss of license, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, plus head injury assessment of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $726.80. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class B drug, to wit, Molly, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 2/15/19 with same conditions as in count one. Found not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulation, and violation of state highway traffic regulations, marked lanes violation, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Jessica LeFrancois, (both cq) 19, listed as homeless, of Orange. Found responsible for trespassing in Orange, fined $50, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense.
