9:28 a.m. — LTC renewal, Exchange Street.

9:44 a.m. — Walk-in to station, states threats are being made to her, Lake Ellis Road. Advised to seek 209A at ODC.

9:55 a.m. — Motor vehicle crash, Main Street. Reporting party in station, report of a motor vehicle accident. Vehicle backed into his vehicle and left the scene.

10:11 a.m. — Reporting party states female party came to back door and is yelling, refusing to leave, Pequoig Avenue. Yelling heard in the background. Verbal argument about time frame of tenant leaving.

10:59 a.m. — DCF requesting responses to a resident, Exchange Street. No further incidents. DCF advised.

11:12 a.m. — DCF requesting responses to a residence/family, Pleasant Street. DOB given via phone. No new interactions.

11:30 a.m. — DCF requesting responses to a residence/family, Conant Road. Info faxed.

11:50 a.m. — DCF requesting responses to a residence/family, Sanders Street.

11:56 a.m. — Walk-in to station states her credit card was stolen and used at Target, Vine Street.

12:13 p.m. — Caller states her ex-boyfriend is threatening her, Williamsville Road. Has been in contact with several police departments and they are unable to serve him the restraining order.

1:53 p.m. — DCF requesting responses to a residence/family, Petersham Road.

3:15 p.m. — Walk-in. Male parties requesting to speak with officers about being at their house the previous night, Lake Ellis Road. Spoke with parties involved who stated ODC would not grant 209A. Advised party that situation was not grounds for order.

3:22 p.m. — Receipt of Summons/209A/HP, Exchange Street.

4:27 p.m. — Female states older male has been calling her daughter asking inappropriate questions, Chester Street. Spoke to caller about issue and called other party involved. Advised party not to call number again.

6:29 p.m. — Complaint of vehicle parked in front of no parking spot and hanging out in the roadway, Main Street. Vehicle gone on arrival.

6:48 p.m. — Filing 51A, Exchange Street.

6:50 p.m. — Caller states neighbor left fridge outside on sidewalk with doors on it, Green Street. Party was advised to remove doors or bring it back inside. Party brought item back into the residence.

7:22 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, South Athol Road and Tunnel Street. Warning for not having headlights on.

7:37 p.m. — UMass Hospital requesting pick up of sexual assault kit, Belmont Street. Evidence brought back to station.

8:07 p.m. — Transporting male home, Main Street.

8:19 p.m. — Motor vehicle abandoned on side of road, Petersham Road. Motor vehicle towed and owner advised.

8:46 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Templeton Road and South Royalston Road. Vehicle towed for being unregistered.

9:48 p.m. — Came across kids possibly running from vehicle, Silver Lake Beach. Kids walking dog. Advised they aren’t allowed to be there after dark.

11:40 p.m. — Station secure, Exchange Street.

Saturday, March 3

12:33 a.m. — House checks, Old Keene Road. All secure.

12:40 a.m. — House checks, Franklin Street. All secure.

12:51 a.m. — House checks, White Pond Road.

1:13 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Common Street. Warning issued for defective equipment, loud muffler.

1:59 a.m. — OPD called for assistance, South Main Street. Assisted OPD with a fight in the center of town.

2:53 a.m. — House checks, Newton Street. All secure.

3:23 a.m. — Walk-in to station asking to speak to an officer, Exchange Street. Spoke with a male subject, advised he had been assaulted. Requested to use the phone to call his mother. Party was allowed to use the phone.

4:48 a.m. — House checks, Lenox Street.

Saturday, March 3

7:12 a.m. — Walk-in. Male party came into station yelling, being disrespectful, refusing to listen, demanding his $100 that the “police department took from him when he was arrested.” When

trying to ask questions, he became more angry.

8:13 a.m. — Caller found bag of needles, requesting pick up, Silver Lake Beach. Removed the needles from the area.

10:25 a.m. — Walk-in. Male party complaining about being followed. Explained his option of going to court and filing harassment.

11:53 a.m. — Caller reports female walking down road with a bloody face, Fish St. and Crescent St. Negative contact.

12:06 p.m. — Male requesting police assist him with returning belongings to an ex-tenant.

Spoke with all parties. Former tenant states he does not want anything else in apartment as he doesn’t have room for any of it. All keys returned. Advised landlord of the same.

5:09 p.m. — Walk-in to station believes his cell phone is lost.

5:10 p.m. — Receipt of Summons/209A/HP

5:33 p.m. — Subject attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill to clerk, Main St. Employees state they received two additional counterfeit $20 bills yesterday as well. Incident under investigation, will review store footage with manager to possibly identify subject.

5:45 p.m. — Walk-in to station requesting advice. Spoke with the reporting party regarding a heated verbal argument with his son’s mother over the phone. Party stated that he was walking with his son near the YMCA, his son’s mother tried to take the child. Party was advised to contact probate court.

6:12 p.m. — Caller complaining about persons selling drugs from their house, Freedom Street. Information will be passed on to the narcotic detective.

6:34 p.m. — Caller states she hears voices in an empty apartment within the building, Crescent Street.

8:10 p.m. — 911 hang up, no answer on call back, Riverbend Sttreet. Officer observed male party leaving from apartment and made contact with him. Subject allowed officer to look through the residence and no one else was home. The subject himself did not call 911 and was advised to seek assistance with his phone provider.

10:01 p.m. — Vehicle in parking lot, Freedom Street. All was fine. Operator stopped to use her cell phone.

10:06 p.m. — DCF requesting responses for past five years.

10:17 p.m. — Male accidentally shot himself in the foot with BB gun, Main Street. Party explained while he was home in Phillipston he accidentally shot himself in the foot with his BB gun. Phillipston PD was called to the ER. APD assisted and handed over the information to PPD.

11:13 p.m. — Caller states that there is a pickup truck parked diagonally from Pub but it is mostly in the road and he had to go on other side of road to avoid it, Exchange Street. Officer didn’t observe any vehicle in the roadway. Spoke with an employee who stated that the vehicle in question was in the roadway, but it has been moved.
