10:45 a.m. — DCF into station for a public records request, Chestnut Hill Avenue.

10:46 a.m. — Assist DCF in removing children from home, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Erik Henry Lamar, 34, of 3824 Chestnut Hill Ave. was arrested on a default warrant. No bail. Missing persons report to be filed.

11:11 a.m. — Party calling to speak to an officer regarding retrieving her belongings, Cottage

Street. Officer assisted female party in gathering her property from the home.

12:16 p.m. — Reporting party states that dog was loose and is dangerous, Sanders Street. Animal

Control has been notified.

1:00 p.m. — Party states she would like to talk to an officer with regards to something going on

at Quabbin Nursing Home, Daniel Shays Highway. Spoke with female party who advised she has

been told information from a friend. Party advised to have her friend contact the management

staff at Quabbin Valley and speak with them on the issues.

2:26 p.m. — Party called looking for an officer to accompany him a retrieves his belongings,

South St. Stood by while male party gathered his belongings.

4:29 p.m. — Caller states a male has been stealing from the store, South Main St. Spoke with

reporting party and took information about a male party that had attempted to shoplift an item by concealment. Ongoing investigation.

4:32 p.m. — Jenkins Hearing, Exchange Street.

5:20 p.m. — BOLO done for missing juveniles, Exchange Street.

5:45 p.m. — Walk-in. Male states female has his vehicle, Silver Lake Street. Spoke to both parties

involved and advised them this was a civil matter and will need to be handled in court.

7:37 p.m. — Walk-in. Reporting party found dog walking down side of road, South Athol Road. Not in good shape. ACO notified and responding to station.

8:07 p.m. — Caller states male has been taking money, Euclid Street. Spoke with the female

reporting party and gathered information about unauthorized use of debit card and other

charges to bank account from her grandson. Ongoing investigation.

9:56 p.m. — Caller requesting to speak with officer stating his neighbor flips him off every time

he goes outside, Pierce Street. Spoke with male party and advised him of his right to a harassment order from the court.

Sunday, Feb. 25

1:04 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Exchange Street. Following up on report of suspicious activity.

Located motor vehicle and spoke with the operator.

2:45 a.m. — Prisoner released without incident, Exchange Street.

3:51 a.m. — Party called stating there is a skunk on her door step, which she believes to be

dead, Harrison Street. Dead skunk removed without incident.

4:44 a.m. — Transporting female to a friend’s house, Meadow Street.

6:03 a.m. — House checks, Franklin Street. Officer checking a residence. All secure.

6:13 a.m. — House checks, White Pond Road. Officer checking a residence. All secure.

6:24 a.m. — House checks, Batchelder Road. Officer checking a residence. All secure.

6:33 a.m. — House checks, Old Keene Road. Officer checking a residence. All secure.

7:12 a.m. — 911 caller reporting a spin out, Route 2A by Cycle Design. No injuries.

7:19 a.m. — Caller reporting that a husky showed up at her house, Chestnut Hill Avenue. She will

keep it in her garage until ACO can respond.

7:48 a.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Partridgeville Road. and Coolidge St. A 2006 Honda Civic

operated by Alyssa M. Genovese of Bernardston slid into tree due to slippery conditions.

8:34 a.m. — Prisoners fed, Exchange Street.

10:00 a.m. — Assist citizen, School Street.

10:12 a.m. — Medical emergency, Lenox Street. 911 caller requesting an ambulance for a 53-year-

old female with low oxygen levels. Assisted AFD.

10:32 a.m. — Larceny, Pinedale Avenue.

10:57 a.m. — Walk-in to station to report a missing person, Twichell Street.

11:33 a.m. — DCF into station for police assistance, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Negative contact,

unable to locate children at this time.

11:49 a.m. — ACO out on a report of a loose dog, Petersham Road.

12:02 p.m. — Gardner PD requesting assistance, Beacon Street. Info passed on to OPD.

12:59 p.m. — Prisoners fed, Exchange Street.

1:48 p.m. — Walk-in to station for police assistance, Sanders Street. Wanted PD aware of issue

between her and her husband. Husband has admitted drug problem and has been stealing her

jewelry.

4:02 p.m. — Party reporting suspicious person, Tower Road. A woman in a long dark coat with a

dark backpack is looking in the windows of cars. Officer checked area and was unable to locate

said party.

4:47 p.m. — Officer conducting follow up investigation, Exchange Street. Spoke with subject who

stated he did have video games and was planning on returning them soon. He stated he lives a

few towns away and does not have the time to drop them off. He was advised to drop off the

games the following day.

5:02 p.m. — Prisoner provided phone call, Exchange Street.

5:25 p.m. — Accidental Lifeline activation, School Street. Officer made contact with resident who

stated there was no emergency at that time. Female party stated her life alert was tripping and

had contacted the company but there was no answer. Officer tried calling and got the same

response. She stated her friend would check on her during the night. Officer advised her to call

911 in case of emergency. Officer contacted Philips Lifeline and spoke to an agent who will be

calling to try and rectify the problem.

7:07 p.m. — Party states there is a group of 14-year-old kids hanging out on her back porch

area smoking marijuana, Harrington Street. Party called back stating the teenagers were gone and she

is going to talk to management tomorrow about the issue.

7:09 p.m. — Prisoner meals, Exchange Street.

7:24 p.m. — Party called stating there is raccoon stuck in his attic, Harrison Street. Animal control called.

9:12 p.m. — Officer conducting follow up investigation, Exchange Street. Officer called subject back to see if she wanted to apply for an emergency 209A. She stated she would go to ODC the following morning to apply for one.
