ATHOL — Deb Habib of Seeds of Solidarity in Orange will offer a tasty demonstration featuring farm fresh vegetables and a few easy-to-prepare, economical, healthy recipes during the last session of the current Healthy Eating class offered through Life Path, Inc. and facilitated by Andi Waisman.

This session will take place at the Athol Senior Center, 82 Freedom St., on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 1:30 p.m. The program is open to the public and all ages are encouraged to attend. The presentation will be approximately one hour. Seeds of Solidarity’s motto is ‘Grow Food Everywhere’ and they love inspiring great meals out of local food. No registration is required.
