Scenes From The Screen July 14

 BARRE – The Quabbin Community Band celebrates the stars of the screen and pictures as they present, “Scenes From The Screen” on Sunday, July 14, at 6 p.m., at the Nornay Bandstand, on South Barre Common. The program will feature many favorite and well-known themes of popular movies spanning decades.

Music selections include those from James Bond, Captain America, The Magnificent Seven and others. Attendance at the concert is free, however donations are graciously accepted.

Rain location of the event is the Barre Town Hall, 2 Exchange St., located in the center of Barre.

Quabbin Community Band always welcomes new membership, with rehearsals every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Concerts are Sundays throughout the summer. For more information about rehearsals or concerts, call Peter Lewis, Musical Director and Conductor at 978-355-9879.
