Tuesday, May 1

11:31 a.m. — Served summons, Wheeler Avenue.

Noon — Caller reports last Friday a newer blue Toyota Tacoma stopped outside his house and took pictures, Shingle Brook Road. When he went outside to confront him, the vehicle left. Wanted on record.

12:24 p.m. — 911 test call, East River Street.

12:30 p.m. — Illegal dumping, Putnam and Cheney streets. Caller reports a mattress dumped at the donation box on the corner. Highway Department notified.

1:40 p.m. — Vehicle stopped for impeded operation, New Athol Road. Operator looking at phone and away from road. Verbal warning issued.

1:46 p.m. — Motor vehicle stopped on New Athol Road for no front registration plate. Plate was found to have just fallen off and operator had in vehicle. He was advised to reattach the plate. Verbal warning given.

2:06 p.m. — Animal complaint, Ball Street. Investigated call to station.

2:40 p.m. — Received a call that property manager for East Main Street address is looking for assistance in finding out the owner of an abandoned motor vehicle on the property. Info obtained.

3:21 p.m. — Caller states a big fat guy is shouting at his mother in the hallway, East River Street. Advises he states he is going to kill her. Also received a call from party that there is some sort of disturbance going on at Colonial Acres. Subject experiencing some issues with prescription medication. He will be calling the emergency room to see if they can help.

3:47 p.m. — Party advised she had a raccoon walking around outside her residence, West River Street. Advised it wasn’t being aggressive or acting strange. Caller was given the number for the environmental police.

4:29 p.m. — Medical emergency, Airport Street.

4:40 p.m. — Walk-in requested to speak with officer about an ongoing issue her son is having in school. The incident will be passed along to the school resource officer.

4:45 p.m. — Athol dispatch advised they received a call from the BP gas station in Athol, of a woman that appears to be disoriented getting into a gray Ford Taurus. Party may be heading back to her residence at Colonial Acres. At 4:56, officer advised he located subject back at her residence and she is all set.

5:35 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, East Main Street for failure to inspect motor vehicle. Operator given a verbal warning for the violation.

6:53 p.m. — Medical emergency, Pleasant Street.

7 p.m. — While on a medical call on Pleasant Street, a female party was located that had an active warrant. Arrested without incident was Felicia A. Swan, 21, of Pleasant Street, Orange.

9:07 p.m. — Summons served, East River Street.

Wednesday, May 2

12:02 a.m. — South Main Street caller requested officer to remove an unwanted person. Male party sent on way without issue.

12:26 a.m. — Putnam and Fountain streets caller reports the white house on the hill is playing loud music. Male party was advised he needed to turn his music down and be courteous of his neighbors at that hour.

1:15 a.m. — Attempted to serve ELMO (electronic monitoring) warrant, Bacon Street. Arrested Danielle C. Gonzalez, 35, of Bacon Street, Orange on a default warrant.

9:50 a.m. — Assault, Stone Road; Section 51A (abuse) filed.

10:29 a.m. — While on patrol officer came across a disabled vehicle, New Athol road and Rogers Avenue. Dale’s requested for a broken axle caused by a pothole.

10:35 a.m. — Medical emergency, East River Street.

10:53 a.m. — Bacon Street caller requested an officer in regard to her neighbor on her property trying to find a boundary marker, stemming from an ongoing dog dispute. On arrival the situation was mediated and both parties were provided their options going forward in establishing the boundary.

12:47 p.m. — Control advised they received a call from Walmart asset protection stating they have person detained for shoplifting. After an investigation, one female party will be summonsed for shoplifting by asportation.

1:30 p.m. — Harassment, Chase Street. Party to station to speak with officer about son being assaulted at school and that incident is already under investigation. However, the party is now feeling uncomfortable as her son’s bully and mom were seen walking by her house and she wanted to report it to the police. Police provided options and advised that if there were any events that happen with the other family to contact the police so it can be documented.

4:52 p.m. — Traffic stop on Church Street for a vehicle with an expired registration. Dick’s Auto requested for the tow. The operator was given verbal warning for the violation.

5:28 p.m. — East Road caller states her 6-year-old was refusing to come in from the street and swearing at them. Then stated he was inside the house but she still wanted an officer to respond. Officer spoke with caller and discussed her options.

6:29 p.m. — Medical emergency, Pleasant Street.

6:53 p.m. — Medical emergency, Pleasant Street.

7:25 p.m. Motor vehicle violation, East Main Street. Motorist was given citation for no inspection results.

7:52 p.m. — Medical emergency, East Main Street.

8:20 p.m. — Car versus deer, Route 2. Caller reported she hit a deer on Route 2 and advised she got off Route 2 and is at Honey Farms in a Silver Nissan Rogue. Transferred to State Police, who advised they received a call about a deer in the road.

8:39 p.m. — Shoplifting, East Main Street. Three trespassed from the property. Walmart did not wish to pursue criminal charges.

9:03 p.m. — Odor investigation, at Eddy and East Main streets. Officer advises it was a contained cooking fire.

11:25 p.m. — Suspicious person, Daniel Shays Highway. Caller advises that a male party was hanging around the store most of the evening. Same was still there when the caller closed for the night. Described as a black male, gray hoodie and black pants, 6 foot tall, slightly heavy set. Caller advised she felt weird leaving with him still being there. Officers made contact with the male party, who was advised he was not allowed to loiter on the property and was sent on his way.

Thursday, May 3

1:38 a.m. — Motor vehicle violation, Daniel Shays Highway. Verbal warning given for inspection status.

2:06 a.m — Motor vehicle violation, loud exhaust, Daniel Shays Highway. Two arrested and tow company requested. Arrested Samantha Pelc, 27, of Washington St., Keene, N.H., on a charge of possession of a Class B drug. Also arrested Kyle P. Pollock, 31, of Pinetree Drive, New Salem on a charge of possession of a Class B drug.

3:29 a.m. — Service call, Water Street. Officer advised he will be at the station regarding a truck that needs a lock cut off. Driver showed a USPS ID out of the Boston area. He advised his key would not work on the lock and he needs to gain access for mail pickup at Orange Post Office. Avess gained by fire department.

4:32 a.m — Route 2 caller advises there was a large dead deer in the area. State Police advised.
