8:05 a.m. — Traffic hazard, Templeton Road. Call-in reports storm drain with sinkhole forming. State DPW advised.

8:35 a.m. – Assist citizen, Cottage Street. Several cars reported egged overnight. Under investigation.

9:36 a.m. — Animal complaint, Old Keene Road. Pitbull mix reported off leash, running at neighbors. 

12:43 p.m. — Traffic hazard, Main Street. Reporting person states broken-down truck getting a jump start is causing traffic issues. Advised to stay out of the travel lane. 

12:53 p.m. — Threat, Concord Street. Caller states that 20-year-old neighbor threatened her 10-year-old grandson. Officer spoke with all parties.

1:21 p.m. — Harassment, Roosevelt Avenue. Reporting person was being harassed by ex’s new girlfriend via Facebook. Reporting person advised to block her and advised of her HARPO option.

1:24 p.m. — 911 misdial/hangup, Mount Pleasant Street. 911 hang-up, sounded like a child playing with a phone. The 7-year-old was upset her dad broke her pencil yesterday after she was writing on the wall. Matter to be handled by parents. 

3:26 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Green Street. Reporting person stated his neighbor on Green Street is burning out with his truck and it is throwing rocks toward his property and vehicles parked on the property. Subject was advised of the complaint and court consequences should it continue. No damage to the motor vehicles involved but subject did go and wash the two motor vehicles off.

5:43 p.m. — Illegal dumping, Silver Lake Street. Reporting person stated someone dumped trash at the old school. Officer found several bills and bank statements, attempted to make contact at address on the mail; spoke with the neighbor, who states he has been staying with his girlfriend in N.Y. Attempted to make contact with his parents at their address, no one is home. Unclear if mail was stolen or not. Mail was located south side of the building by the stairs and opened.

7:16 p.m. — Serve paperwork, Ridge Avenue. Officer attempting to serve. Negative contact. TV was on and heard someone inside but no answer at door.

7:22 p.m. — Serve paperwork, Pleasant Street. Officer attempting to serve. Negative contact for HPO and Summons service. No one has seen him and no one knows where he is staying.

7:30 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Lewis Street. Citation issued for impeded operation, cell phone.

7:49 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street and Hillside Terrace. Warning issue for following too closely.

9:08 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street. Warning issue for impeded operation, cell phone.

9:25 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street. Operator issued citation for defective equipment and driving with an expired license. 

9:53 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Canal streets. Verbal warning issue for defective headlight.

9:59 p.m. — Medical emergency, Gibson Drive. Party calling for 63-year-old male having a seizure. Officer assisted AFD.

10:04 p.m. — Suspicious person, Silver Lake Beach. Officers advised subject of the beach hours.

10:18 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Silver Lake Park. Officer advised subjects of the park hours. 

10:24 p.m. — Medical emergency, Arthur Avenue. 911 for 31-year-old male who stepped on rusty nail and his foot is turning red.

10:26 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Lincoln Avenue and Stevens Street. Verbal warning issued for two defective license plate lights.

10:33 p.m.  Motor vehicle stop, Main Street. Defective headlight. Had the new bulb, en route to install it.

11:03 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Liberty streets. Operator turned lights on.

11:02 p.m. — Assist citizen, School Street. Reporting person state hes sister’s boyfriend was blocking her in and would not let her leave with his son. He has moved.

11:24 p.m. – Animal complaint, New Sherborn Road. Party calling regarding a raccoon that will not leave porch. Officer removed the raccoon off of the back porch.

11:31 p.m. — Assist citizen, Main Street. Parties calling for a courtesy transport from ER to residence. Transported without incident.

11:54 p.m. – Building check, Pleasant Street. Officer checking a business/building.
