9:30 a.m. - Follow-up, Exchange Street.

10:31 a.m. - Walk-in requests to speak to officer about male party yelling at her from across the street as she was trying to show property, Main Street.

10:35 a.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance for family member needing lift assist, Wallingford Avenue. Officer assisted Athol Fire Department.

10:35 a.m. - Caller requests assistance at school for out of control student, Sanders Street.

11 a.m. - Caller requests assistance with ex-employee, Crescent Street. On arrival, officer was advised matter was resolved.

11:48 a.m. - Caller reports he will be at bank-owned property, Brattle Street.

12:05 p.m. - Property manager at School Street Residences reports a tenant saw someone throw about five large bags of trash into dumpster there on Tuesday. States it was around 4 in the afternoon and subject was driving a dark-colored SUV. Property manager found mail in the Dumpster and provided a name and an address for party at South Athol Road location.

2:52 p.m. - Animal control officer out for loose dog complaint, Ridge Road.

3:21 p.m. - Caller reports he was approached by a male subject who tried to sell him drugs, Main Street. States he was wearing a hat and a jean jacket and was described as being a thin caucasian.

3:48 p.m. - Caller reports neighbor’s dogs are barking again and have been doing so for about 45 minutes. Dogs could clearly be heard barking over the line. Caller was advised officers were on a priority call. ACO to be notified.

4:31 p.m. - Personnel from state’s Department of Children and Family to station for assistance with emergency removal of child, Cottage Street.

4:35 p.m. - Walk-in requests to speak to officer about unauthorized use of her debit card.

5:58 p.m. - 911 caller reports female party has fallen and might have a broken ankle, High Knob Road. Assisted AFD. Party taken to Athol Hospital.

5:58 p.m. - Caller reports suspicious activity, School Street. Caller requested officer look into matter involving a tape recorder he purchased and which he felt was stolen due to an engraved number on the back of the item. Advised party to return recorder, if possible.

6:28 p.m. - Walk-in reports his vehicle was struck by another vehicle while parked at Market Basket. Other driver left scene and left no information. Spoke to two subjects at location whose cars were hit. They viewed vide tape but a license plate number could not be obtained.

6:42 p.m. - Extra patrols requested, Sanders Street.

7:22 p.m. - Caller requests assistance, Harrison Street. States her adult son was staggering when he left the house in an unknown direction of travel. At 7:32, party reports intoxicated male party in restroom at Cumberland Farms. AFD notified and on scene at 7:43.

9:21 p.m. - Attempt to serve summons, Earl Drive. No lights on inside house. Will attempt service again on Thursday.

9:52 p.m. - Caller reports erratic driver, Main Street. States vehicle in front of her is swerving and has hit a curb.

10:18 p.m. - Officer filed immediate threat paperwork.

11:47 p.m. - 911 caller reports her son, 27, is not acting right and might have taken some medication or something else, Pleasant Street. States he is breathing and alert. AFD on scene at 11:55. At 12:14 a.m., officer in ambulance with AFD crew and patient who is uncooperative. Two other officers following ambulance to AH. Patient went voluntarily but became uncooperative while getting into ambulance. All officers stood by at the hospital to ensure the patient didn’t get out of control. No issues.

5:06 a.m. - House check, Ridge Road.

5:13 a.m. - House check, Newton Street.

5:15 a.m. - House check, Franklin Street.

5:20 a.m. - House check, Pinedale Avenue.

5:27 a.m. - House check, Old Keene Road.
