Sandra Ann Ramsdell of South Dennis, MA and Naples, FL passed away peacefully on November 5, 2018 in the presence of relatives and friends.
Sandy was born in Gardner, MA on December 2, 1940 to Ernest Stanley and Ida S. Peterson of Worcester, MA. She was raised in Athol, MA, and was a member of Starrett Memorial Methodist Church and graduated from Athol High School class of 1958. Sandy was active in her community and enjoyed playing ‘Bingo’ and attending flea markets, held numerous estate sales for people in the Cape Cod area, and served as a support aide for many elderly residents.
Sandy is survived by three brothers and their wives: Robert and Elisabeth Peterson, of Readfield, ME, Douglas and Sandra Peterson, of Wading River, NY, and Donald and Sheree Peterson of East Sandwich, MA, five nieces and nephews, an uncle Clifford Peterson of Auburn, MA, several cousins, friend and ex-husband Donald Ramsdell of South Yarmouth, MA and longtime companion George ‘Buddy’ Kenney of South Dennis, MA.
