Robert L. Armstan, 29, of Bernardston Road, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until May 28, 2020, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and Driver Alcohol Education Program, with evaluation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and failure to stop or yield. The probation supervision fee of $65 per month will be paid monthly.

William W. Reipold, 50, of Pine Hill Road, Bernardston. Two charges of violating harassment prevention orders, by Montague Police. Bail of $100 cash. Pretrial conference set for June 13.

Charles T. Richardson, 38, of Farren Street, Greenfield. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Nov. 29, with a victim witness assessment of $50. Subject to continue with current counseling, must abide by 209A, and Certified Batterer’s program waived. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee of $65 will be paid monthly.

Katrina A. Fisher-Crowley, 34, listed as homeless of Greenfield. Charges of larceny from a person, and improper use under $1,200. Bail set at $100 cash. Pretrial conference set for June 21. The counsel fee was waived.

Rae Wilder, 40, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Bernardston Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until May 28, 2020, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, OUI victim assessment of $50 and head injury assessment of $250. No alcohol, subject to screens, plus 20 hours of community service and participation in the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The counsel fee and probation supervision fee were waived.

Jacob Sisson, 19, of Dell Street, Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery with dangerous weapon, by Shelburne Police. Bail set at $2,500, posted. Must have no contact with a named person, and must comply with exclusion zone of 100 yards from Mechanic Street, Shelburne. Pretrial conference set for June 27.

Cooper N. Southworth-Purdy, 31, of a post office box, Lake Pleasant. Charge of vandalizing property and trespassing, by Montague Police. Terms of release set as personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for June 19. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Jordan Scanion, 26, of Montague Road, Shutesbury. Charges of no inspection sticker, driving with a suspended license and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Terms of release set as personal recognizance.

Porfirio Diaz, 61, of 11th Street, Turners Falls. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, subsequence offence, by Montague Police, with guilty plea, and found guilty. Victim witness assessment of $50, with six months in the house of correction, suspended until May 29, 2020, with no drugs excluding methadone, with screens. Must have substance abuse evaluation. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Beverly J. Moulton, 54, of Masterson Road, Whately. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent and marked lanes violation, by Deerfield Police. Terms of release set as personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for July 2.

Melissa A. LaBelle, 49, of Miles Street, Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by asportation. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Nov. 29. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Ruthann C. Thurber, 50, of Hadley Road, Sunderland. Charges of trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, by Greenfield Police. Coty R. Westort, 29, of Linden Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, by Greenfield Police. Terms of release set as personal recognizance with special conditions to stay away from and have no contact from the named subject. Pretrial conference set for July 22. Scott A. Landry, 49, of Maple Street, Greenfield. Charge of intimidation of witness/juror/police/court official, by Buckland Police. Must stay 50 feet away and have no contact with a named person. Pretrial conference set for July 22. The counsel fee of $150 and the counsel contribution of $50 must be paid.

Zachary T. Rutledge, 23, of Wilderness Road, Cuttingville, Vt. Charges of marked lanes violation, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation, distributing a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug, possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Michaela Karle, 32, of Federal Street, Belchertown. Charged with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-liquor and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 8.

Edward A. Holden, 37, of Freedom Street, Athol. Charged with two counts aggravated rape of a child, five-year difference, and three counts indecent assault and battery on child under 14. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance with special conditions. Defendant must notify probation of street address and phone number, update any changes and report to the probation department on a schedule deemed appropriate by probation. Defendant shall have no unsupervised contact with a child under 16, no overnights with a child under 16 and no overnights where a child under 16 resides. Defendant shall not be employed or participate in any volunteer activity where contact with any child under 16 would occur and he shall stay away and have no contact with the victim. Bind over July 5.

Charges of possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class A drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug were dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee will still be $50 monthly.

Defendant was placed on probation until June 2, 2020, with substance abuse evaluation, screens and mental evaluation. Charge of resisting arrest, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 2, 2020, with the same conditions as in count one. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, pled guilty and was found guilty. The counsel fee of $150 may be paid, or it may be community service for 16 hours. The probation supervision fee was waived.
