Athol Public Library held its Life-Sized Candy Land for area kids last Thursday, Oct. 26. In this version of the popular children's game, youngsters became the game pieces, traversing Gumdrop Dountain and collecting candy from costumed characters such as Princess Lolli, Lord Licorice and Queen Frostine on their way to the Candy Castle.
