Monday, June 22

7:58 a.m. — 911 call for a report of a motor vehicle accident, Main Street. A vehicle owned and operated by Madeline McBride, of Brattle Street, crossed over the line into oncoming traffic, striking the front right corner of a vehicle owned and operated by John A. Lapati, of Walnut Hill Road in Barre. McBride was cited for hands-free violation.

9:29 a.m. — Caller reporting a motor vehicle accident, South Main Street. A vehicle owned by Karen Anne Duchnowski and operated by Madison Raye Duchnowski, both of Vine Street, rear ended a vehicle owned and operated by Peter Richard Krejmas III, of Green River Road in Greenfield. Duchnowski was issued a citation for failure to use care in stopping.

11:35 a.m. — Caller reporting that her car was struck in the parking lot of Family Dollar, Cummings Road. Unknown second vehicle, no cameras at place of business.

11:55 a.m. — Caller reporting there was a female walking down the road in a white lab coat and computer taking photos of houses, Old Keene Road. Checked the area, negative contact.

12:09 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, New Athol Road. Officers made contact with operator after he was stopped in the middle of the intersection of South Main and Brookside.

12:39 p.m. — Party approached officer with questions regarding a restraining order, South Main Street.

1:32 p.m. — Fitchburg PD is requesting APD attempt to make contact with a female who is making self-harm statements, Main Street. Fitchburg PD has a Section 12 to be served. Officer has made contact with the female subject. APD has received the Section 12 from Fitchburg Police. Officer is requesting ambulance to the scene. Female party was transported to Athol Hospital.

2:37 p.m. — Subject into the station to speak to an officer about an ongoing issue, Pleasant Street. Subject had a completed 258E packet. Application was sent to Orange District Court.

3:23 p.m. — Party requesting to speak with an officer regarding his sister’s boyfriend and controlled substances, Orange Street. Advised of options. 51A filed.

3:54 p.m. — 911 call to report a motor vehicle accident, Templeton Road.

4:27 p.m. — Caller stating she was assaulted by her son’s girlfriend, Orange Street. Spoke with the reporting party who stated she was pushed out of the apartment. Same had minor scratches on the front of her neck and hands. Spoke with resident who stated the reporting party would not leave, “got in her face,” so she pushed her out of the apartment. Resident had a purple swollen area above her right eye from being punched by the reporting party. Everyone refused medical treatment and were advised of their court options for assault and battery.

4:48 p.m. — Walk-in requesting to speak to an officer for a 209A, Cottage Street. Spoke with the reporting party and advised of process for 209A and advised to speak with officer regarding incident with charges pending.

6:11 p.m. — Caller stating his landlord locked him out of his apartment and they are having issues, Highland Avenue. Resolved matter, no issues. Party was able to get in the residence. Advised landlord of eviction process.

7:10 p.m. — Caller reporting someone drove by and smashed the mirror off his truck, Wilson Avenue. Mirror was able to be snapped back together, no issues.

9:40 p.m. — Caller reporting a noise complaint about neighbors, Shore Drive.

9:50 p.m. — 911 caller reporting a bear in her backyard, South Street. Reporting party is worried about surrounding neighbors’ pets if they are outside. Unable to locate.

11:05 p.m. — Alarm company calling for a commercial burglar alarm, Main Street.

11:08 p.m. — Caller looking for an officer to make contact with her elderly mother to tell her that her phone is off the hook, Fredette Street. Son called and stated his mother contacted him and said there was someone outside her home knocking. All is well.

11:34 p.m. — Caller reporting multiple people in her driveway, Bearsden Road.
