Tuesday, Oct. 17

9:23 a.m. – Summer Street larceny reported. Reporting party called from a rehab facility about their roommates using their card without reporting party’s permission. Police report filed.

12:36 p.m. – Station lobby walk-in reported scam/fraud and that someone was using their name and SSN.

Wednesday, Oct. 18

11:18 a.m. – AHS requested an officer to the school. Upon arrival police officers encountered a student in the parking lot of AMH who had allegedly pulled the fire alarm, possibly assaulted two staff members, and then had taken off on foot. Officers gathered information. Police transported student back to their residence in Orange. Under investigation with possible criminal charges pending.

7:43 p.m. – Caller from Lake Ellis requested welfare check after hearing an individual yelling from possibly the back parking lot of the beach. Police spoke with three juveniles on scene. The mother of one juveniles arrived on scene to transport both of the female juveniles home to her residence. The male juvenile was sent on their way.

4:47 a.m. – Party in the lobby to speak to an officer about their neighbors and the noise they make at the apartment all night long, and even during the day time. Police requested reporting party to call as incident is occurring. Reporting party was also given statement form to complete that could assist police with possible criminal charge of Disturbing the Peace.

Saturday, Oct. 21

9:08 a.m. – Maple Street motor vehicle larceny. Male party reported two people wearing all black took approximately $30 in change out of their unlocked minivan. Report filed.

12:24 p.m. – Station lobby walk-in reported Leroy Court area motor vehicle larceny in from the previous night.

Sunday, Oct. 22

10:51 a.m. – Walnut Street caller reported jumper cable, (electric) and some change was missing from their vehicle and asked about other break-in’s in the area. Police advised there had been, and it would be noted and passed to the patrol officer.

Monday, Oct. 23

11:26 a.m. – Station lobby walk-in to report medication was stolen from their vehicle. The party was subsequently taken into custody for an outstanding warrant.

Tuesday, Oct. 24

1:01 p.m. – Police response to Main Street for assistance with a suspicious person. Police found female party harassing people on the street and they had trespassed onto Cumberland Farm’s property

Wednesday, Oct. 25

5:54 p.m. – Hapgood and Prospect Street area caller reported a CR Enterprise truck tried to turn around and drove over the new pavement on the sidewalks. Police noted an eight-inch by twelve-inch section of the new asphalt sidewalk was disturbed. It was pressed down the best the officer could. Reportedly a TT unit with the marking for CR Enterprise on the truck. Messages left for the the nearest CR companies to call APD.

Thursday, Oct. 26

5:21 p.m. – Station lobby walk-in reported a suspicious man that was in their S. Athol Road yard earlier that day; picture provided to police. Reporting party was advised to call APD if the issue persists further.

7:19 p.m. – School Street caller reported what could be a domestic or breaking and entering in progress that they could hear downstairs and sounded like a male party possibly intoxicated yelling and trying to get in. Jeremy S. Whalen, 52, of W Hill Road, Troy NH was taken into protective custody.

Friday, Oct. 27

1:58 p.m. – Caller reported he lives on the island and someone vandalized his boat, and it’s now damaged. Reporting party stated that he had not seen his boat since the middle of August and was unsure how long it had been in the water. But the boat was on the dock when he last checked on it.

Sunday, Oct. 29

7:55 a.m. – Police investigation into report from Cumberland Farms of an incident that had taken place at 2 a.m. that morning. Reporting party stated that two woman had come into the store, one of them pulled out a gun at the registers but didn’t threaten anyone with it. Additional information and video footage supplied to police on October 30th.

11:56 a.m. – Station lobby walk-in reported someone had broke into their car last Friday (10/27) and stolen wireless headphones.

Monday, Oct. 30

10:15 a.m. – Police assistance requested at Main Street school with student who allegedly threatened to assault teacher/staff; left the classroom, then left the building.

10:48 a.m. – Owner of S. Main Village grill complex reported a suspicious white van they believed were trying to steal the grease from tank out back. Parties didn’t get an opportunity to take anything. Parties involved were caught at an Orange business shortly after this call.

Wednesday, Nov. 1

3:10 p.m. – Possible J Street breaking and entering reported. Building inspector reported he was contacted by a neighbor because they thought someone had just broken into a vacant house. Police report taken.

10:20 p.m. – Patrol officer in the area of Crescent and Fish Street requested an ambulance for an unresponsive female party that was a passenger in the vehicle. Party woke. Refused treatment.

Friday, Nov. 3

11:25 a.m. – S Main Street area caller spoke to officer regarding fraud incident. Police advised them who to contact, and of the fraud packet they can fill out.

1:40 p.m. – Beach Street caller, who was in Framingham at the time, had a picture of their boat put back in the water and sunk sent by a friend driving by. Reporting party stated that the boat had the padlocks cut and the boat was dumped in the water. Reporting party requested extra patrols of the area and police advised them of options to help prevent it from happening again.

Saturday, Nov. 4

9:46 a.m. – Station lobby walk-in to report a possible sex crime. Under investigation.

12:54 p.m. – Marble Street caller reported their electrician had called about a possibly white Tundra that pulled up to her house and a female got out and was taking pictures of her house. Reporting party also stated she had a package stolen two days ago but did not report it. Plate given does not come back to a truck. Portsmouth PD contacted and will attempt to make contact with vehicle owner.

Sunday, Nov. 5

10:41 a.m. – Beach Street caller requested a unit to inspect his boat as it has sunk for the second time.

11:08 a.m. – Tower Road caller reported they had just just gotten assaulted. Police advised them of options.

Monday, Nov. 6

3:04 p.m. – Main Street police assistance with larceny. Employee theft of over $800 and party was on scene. Police report was to follow.

5:49 p.m. – Woodland Drive welfare check requested. Police spoke with the father who stated that he was going to try making a phone call this evening. Reporting party called back requesting a welfare check on the daughter due to no phone call.
