Air Force Band Program to take place at Athol High School

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, MA. — Members of the United States Air Force Heritage of America Band, Full Spectrum will be performing at Athol High School in Athol, Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 12:30 p.m. to approximately 2:30 p.m.

The band is here as part of an Air Force Recruiting Service, Detachment 1 zone awareness trip. The Detachment, which is based in San Antonio, Texas strives to inform, influence, and inspire tomorrow’s Air Force leaders. Its goal is to get in front of every demographic group in America and show them someone in a flight suit who looks like them and they can look up to. They are visiting schools in within Massachusetts to help spread the awareness of the Air Force.

Ful Spectrum is an 8-piece electrifying, high energy rock band. They dynamic group of Active Duty musicians are assembled from areas throughout the U.S. but call Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, home. The Full Spectrum experience will leave you wanting more and guessing what they will play next as you hear today’s most recognizable radio hits in a fresh new way. Their musical influence stems from their main mission of reaching this generation’s youth and young adults.
