7:28 a.m. — Open door, Highland Street. Caller reports front door to house open for past few days. Residence checked, nothing found out of order.Door secured.
8:14 a.m. — Traffic stop, East Main Street. Motorist to be sumonsed for operating a motor vehicle after revocation of license. Plates seized, auto towed.
10:05 a.m. — Verbal warning issued to motorist stopped on Smith Avenue for expired inspection. 11:55 a.m. — Citation issued to motorist stopped on West River Street for operating after failed safety inspection.
1:30 p.m. — Female into station to report a fraud, Eagleville Road. Officer took report and determined it was fraud. Advised party to monitor her credit history and bank account since she gave out her private information.
1:45 p.m. — Plates returned to citizen; proper registration shown.
2:4 p.m. — Report of a suspicious vehicle at shop on Nina Pierce Circle.
3:46 p.m. — Report that brown pit bull escaped, Hamilton Street. She has a teal collar and is friend. Animal control called.
4:18 p.m. — 911 caller reports a dog has been strapped to a motorcycle for 45 minutes and is parked in one of the handicap spots, East Main Street. Officer spoke with party; warned about being charged for leaving dog. Found parked on yellow lines next to a handicap spot and was warned about proper parking.
4:34 p.m. — 911 misdial, South Main Streets. Confirmed no emergency.
4:38 P.M. — Adams Street caller reports black male, red shirt, shorts, sneakers in 20s sitting around door. Caller asked “What are you selling” and response was nothing. CAller slammed door in his face. Male left on foot. Area checked, negative contact.
4:43 p.m. — West River Street party locked keys in vehicle. Entry gained.
5 p.m. — East River Street; subject to station to register as a sex offender.
5:16 p.m. — Citation issued to motorist stopped on East River Street for speeding.
7:07 p.m. — Assisted Athol Police Department. Officer observed APD stopping motor vehicle at Cumberland Farms and rendered assistance. Two female taken into custody and transported to their facility.
8:33 p.m. — West River Street caller reporting her daughter and some friends were in the park with a small dog and a male from West River Street started yelling at them that the dog was going to kill his chickens, then he started threatening the kids saying he was going to beat them up. Daughter got into a verbal argument with him and recorded some of the conversation on her phone. Officer spoke with woman and daughter; advised of options.
9:11 p.m. Request for welfare check on two grandchildren at West River Street address. Officer found children were fine. Phone is not working.
9:29 p.m. — Medical emergency, East River Street.
10:19 p.m. — Eagleville Road caller reports harassing phone calls and text from ex-husband. She will apply for an order in morning. Checked location from where subject is staying with negative contact.
10:27 p.m. — Verbal warning issued to motorist stopped on Daniel Shays Highway for defective headlight.
10:35 p.m. — Medical emergency, Daniel Shays Highway.
10:49 p.m. — Responded to Pleasant Street location to deliver message.
