3:52 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Exchange and South streets. Warning issued for failure to turn on headlights.

5:51 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Canal streets. Warning issued for speeding.

6:23 a.m. — Motor vehicle stopped, Pequoig Avenue. Officer observed the vehicle’s inspection sticker falling off. The sticker was unreadable. Operator stated he just had windshield changed and sticker will not stay on. Advised to tape it up better so it’s not hanging down.

7:06 a.m. — Alarm company reporting first a fire alarm, then burglar alarm activation at Crescent Street. Police and fire departments on scene; confirmed no issue at apartment.

7:32 a.m. — 911 caller reporting hit and run motor vehicle accident, Essex Street.

7:57 a.m. — Sex offender, annual registration; Main Street.

9:09 a.m. — Report of lost animal, South Main Street.

9:17 a.m. — Walk-in requests assistance due to unruly tenants while trying to change locks, Hapgood Street, OFficer stood by while three hasps installed.

9:24 a.m. — Exchange Street; officer assisted while staff maintained ATM.

10:06 a.m. — Citizen fingerprinted for employment.

10:20 a.m. — Open window, door reported, Pleasant Street. Two doors secured.

10:43 a.m. — Party requested assistance to gather belongings, Prospect Street. Painting supplies and meds picked up.

11:55 a.m. — Party requests assistance in gathering belongings, Union Street. Negative contact with plaintiff. Defendant states he will return later to see if police can check if plaintiff returned. House kee later returned to plaintiff.

1:56 p.m. — Sister requesting welfare check due to recent surgery, Conant Road. Subject sleeping, no issues.

2:13 p.m. — Child abuse/neglect submitted by detective.

3:15 p.m. — Follow-up investigation, Exchange Street. Officer spoke with concerned party regarding CFS complaint.

4:04 p.m. — Follow-up investigation, bearsden Road; spoke with subjects  regarding CFS case.

4:28 p.m. — Four-car accident. Woods Ambulance called for injured patient; patient refused. Vehicles operated by Kimberly A. Crumbley, of 124 Fish Street, Athol; Emily Del Rio, of Miami, Florida; Chad D. Hebert, of 91 Canal St., Athol; and Logan M. Dupont, of 556 Pequoig Avenue, Athol were in collision on Main Street.

4:36 p.m. — 911 call, medical emergency, Maple Street; vomiting and bleeding. Woods diverted from motor vehicle accident at hospital, not needed.

5:40 p.m. — Attorney o station with keys to truck parked outside. Female owner is defendant on restraining order that male owner has against her. Attorney states he wanted the vehicle and female party agreed to leave it at station for him. Keys to be held for male owner.

6:45 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Intervale Avenue.

6:52 p.m. — Property returned. Motor vehicle keys returned and property form signed. Subject states he will have vehicle picked up tomorrow.

7:13 p.m. — Caller states he lost three keys on ring; one for a HOnda, two smaller keys and keychain is dog tag.

7:20 p.m. — Motorist stopped on Pleasant Street near Victoria; warning for speeding issued.

7:38 p.m. — Harrington Street caller states his neighbor locked herself out of her house and would like assistance. Resident made entry with a screwdriver. Engine to stand down.

7:57 p.m. — Party to station to retrieve phone, license and some business cards.

8:31 p.m. - Party to station to retrieve her purse filled with pictures, license, keys and other valuables.

8:58 p.m. — party to station to retrieve her pocketbook and license.

9:15 p.m. — Motorist stopped on Main Street; verbal warning for speeding, and defective equipment.

9:16 p.m. — 911, Cottage Street. Caller states his wife has gone to retrieve her daughter from boyfriend’s house. Officer spoke with subject who states she is fine and does not wish to return to parent’s house.

9:31 p.m. — Pierce Street, Welfare check. Caller states he and other people have not heard from or seen friend in over a week. Checked residence, party was not home.

9:33 p.m. — Welfare check, Grove Street. Caller states neighbor lost her boyfriend this morning and she is not doing well, drinking and not herself and is requesting welfare check on her.

9:46 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Gage Road at Partridgeville Road. Orange Police Department came over radio in a pursuit with motorcycle. While talking, motorcycle crashed. No injuries noted at this time. Operator Tyler J. Brailey, 50 East Myrtle St., Orange, in custody of Orange Police. Athol assisted.

10 p.m. — Party in to pick up daughter’s lost jacket and wallet.

10:16 p.m. — Welfare check, Columbian Avenue. Caller stated her boyfriend making statements and she is worried about him. Officer at residence and vehicle is in driveway now. All is well; officer spoke with mother and son.

10:30 p.m. — Caller states he had argument with a customer and would like to speak with officer about it, Chestnut Street. He has now left the pizza place and is asking for an officer to call him.
