Thursday, April 265:41 p.m. — Caller advised the gate is locked and he and his kids are locked inside, Brookside Road. Subject advised the keyholder is on the way.
7:27 p.m. — Follow-up investigation, Wheeler Avenue.
10:17 p.m. — Alarm sounding, West River Street. Upon arrival appeared secure. Subject advised there is a loose raccoon in the building and they have some traps trying to capture it.
Midnight — 911 call transferred. Party initially gave the address of King Arthur Court was able it’s King James Court. Caller advises subject driving home after taking cocaine and adderall as well as being intoxicated; enroute to home. Officer caught up with Jeep at Athol Cumberland Farms; same shows no signs of impairment were observed.
12:38 a.m. — Caller states there is a vehicle all over the road, East River Street, no lights, multiple marked lanes, and that vehicle almost hit her. States she attempted to flag down an officer that just passed her. Officer off at Colonial Acres, believed to be vehicle with no lights all over the road, operator may be being dropped off at Metro Court in Athol by the Jeep in question from earlier call. Requested Athol Police BOLO for same. Officer advises he is out with the Jeep from earlier at the Athol Cumberland Farms, advising the male party is clear and returning to Colonial Acres. Officer will provide courtesy transport to owner of vehicle that was towed to Metro Court. Officer advises he spoke with subject at Colonial Acres. Same was the operator of the vehicle involved in the hit and run. Subject, 52, was charged with operating with license suspended, negligent operation of motor vehicle, leaving scene of property damage, marked lanes violation, failure to activate lights.
1:27 a.m. — East Main Street caller states he was at Cumberland Farms around 7 to 8 this evening and there are two guys in the store. He just went back there and they are still closed and the same guys are in the store; concerned for female that works there. Officer advises they are doing upgrades to some equipment and will be closed until 2 a.m.
8:39 a.m. — Officer at Fairman Road location to serve probation warrant. Negative contact.
8:49 a.m. — Parking complaint, North Main Street. Office has located owner, advised him of the violation and owner will move vehicle.
9:31 a.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Bangs Avenue. Report of a black hatchback parked directly in front of her house with no one in it. Making her very nervous. She has walked around her house and not located anyone on the property. Based on contents of the motor vehicle, operator appears to be a home health care worker.
9:48 a.m. — Harassment, Daniel Shays Highway. Officer to Daniel Shays Highway location to follow-up on complaint that party came into the store this morning and wanted the manager’s name. She provided it for him (She is the manager). He asked if she ran the place and wanted corporate’s name and left.
