11:12 a.m. – Party into station about an issue he is having at Cumberland Farms. Spoke with party who stated he had been harassed by the Cumberland Farms manager who was calling him a stalker for parking his car in their parking lot to watch the construction going on in the Lord Pond Plaza.ย Officer contacted the manager of the store whoย statedย they never reported any stalkingย issue. Officer checked recent calls and nothing was loggedย statingย suchย eventย occurred. Officer advised reporting party toย makeย a complaintย with corporate.ย ย
1:12 p.m. – Store manager is reporting a shoplifter who is currently sleeping in their cafe. The store manager would like him removed from the property.ย Statesย subjectย stole food and was eating it when confronted. An unknown lady saidย theย mangerย confrontedย him and offered to pay for the item. Reporting party states the secondย partyย appearedย like he was going to shoplift as well but did not have the chance to yet. Both went to the cafe area and sat forย approximately half an hourย waiting for the bus.ย During thatย timeย they both were nodding off.ย Managerย does not want them in the store or toย return. Both were sent on their wayย ย
Friday, Dec. 5
10:28 a.m. – Caller would like to speak to an officer about issues with his boat. Officer checked the dock and the boat was found outside of water as it shouldย have been.ย Ownerย was advised and is requesting extra patrols of the area due to past issues withย boatย being put in water.ย ย
1:01 p.m. โ Caller from Vaughn Road believes hunters are trespassing on their property. Hunter gone on arrival. Caller was advised to post private property signs on the trail at his property line. He believed a deer was shot on his property. Caller was advised to contact the Environmental Police.
1:37 p.m. โ Environmental Police looking for assistance on Vaughn Road. There was a deer shot and ran onto listed property. Trying to get the deer for the hunters.
Tuesday, Dec. 9
2:07 p.m. – Caller from Exchange Street reporting someone broke into his shop overnight, broken window with blood.ย Noย footprintsย in the snowย fromย almost aย week ago. Partyย statedย he did not notice anything until battery rep showed up. Window was broken from inside as if itย wasย pushed in. Unknown when incident happened as reporting party was in and out of the hospital for the last couple of weeks. Nothing was missing from inside.ย ย
Thursday, Dec. 11
9:12 a.m. – Party calling about a vehicle being parked on the sidewalk on Partridgeville Road, causing kids going to the school bus to have to walk around. Party advised to move the vehicle.
10:37 a.m. – E911 caller from Spring Street reporting the owner of the house just grabbed him by the neck, threw him on the ground, and kicked him in the head. Both partiesย stillย on scene but separated.ย Reporting party stated he was unsureย ifย he was kicked in the head and believed he may have been punched. Reporting party refused medical attention. Both partiesย advised ofย court options andย advised toย separate.ย ย
12:42 p.m. โ Caller from Twitchell Street reporting a truck ripped the cable line from his house. Operator stopped, took a picture, rolled cable into neighborโs trash can and left. Officer advised.
Wednesday, Dec. 24
7:38 a.m. – Caller from Lewis Street reporting someone tore up her front yard. It appears they drove up and damaged part of the lawn and knocked some brickwork loose. She would like an officer to check it out. DPW notified.
12:44 p.m. โ Reporting party stated she is being harassed by a female party. Last week this person tried to kiss her. She has since shown up at reporting partyโs place of employment and given the reporting party flowers. Party involved was spoken to and advised not to contact the reporting party.
2:55 p.m. โ Party into the lobby to report damage to her sisterโs marker at the cemetery.
Saturday, Dec. 27
7:53 a.m. โ Caller from Tower Road reporting another male coughed in his face on Christmas Eve at Market Basket and he is now sick. Reporting party didnโt know who the party was and wanted him charged.
12:13 p.m. โ Reporting party from Tremont Street stated he and his mother had their windshield wipers snapped off while their cars were parked in the street. No response or contact needed. Just advising. Officer advised.
Monday, Dec. 29
8:18 a.m. Caller would like to speak to an officer about her neighbor parking in a spot on the road that is unsafe. Reporting party stated vehicle is parked on the road during the parking ban. Advised reporting party it would be passed on to overnight shift.
9:59 a.m. โ Party into station to speak to an officer about work he will be doing at property on Wellesley Street. Spoke with male party who was looking to confirm that the woman who requested tree removal is actually associated with the address. Reporting party was advised that female party was previously listed at the address and recently called regarding property at the address. Reporting party felt comfortable continuing with the work and will be there later in the week to remove the tree.
