ATHOL — Listed below are some late submissions of memorial names contributed as part of the Athol Woman’s Club’s annual Memory Tree fundraiser held in December.

For a $1 donation, residents submitted a name. Each light on the memorial tree, located on the Uptown Common, was in memory of a loved one who was especially missed during the holiday season.

“We wish to thank everyone for their continued support to the Athol Uptown Common Memory Tree,” a notice from the Athol Woman’s Club states. “We also wish to thank the Athol Daily News for continuing to print the names of loved ones we wish to especially remember during the holiday season.”
