1:55 a.m. — Party states a male party ran across his front yard and then he saw the reporting party and took off to the back yard and headed north, East Road. Reporting party states this is an ongoing issue the last few nights. Officers responded and checked the area. No one found. Officer spoke with the reporting party’s wife who states that she does not think he saw anybody because there were no lights on outside and she does not know how reporting party could have seen anyone without any light on.

1:36 p.m. — Caller reports there are two young people in a small blue car on the causeway, Royalston Road. Caller thought they were involved with narcotics. Officer responded and vehicle had left the area.

1:44 p.m. — Caller reports she has an emergency in Fitchburg, East River Street. She hasn’t seen her children in nine years. She doesn’t know if they are alive or dead and she is worried. Officer responded and was unable to make contact with the reporting party. Confirmed with Control that the female party did not request any police services when she called.

3:10 p.m. — Party reports someone broke into his storage unit, North Main Street.

3:42 p.m. — Be on the lookout requests a well-being check on the registered owner and the child in the vehicle, Walnut Hill Road.

3:43 p.m. — Report of a motorcycle accident, West Orange Road. Advised the rider is down on the ground but is talking to a bystander. Both units responded and found motorcycle accident with injuries. OFD ambulance responded and transported to airport where operator was lifeflighted. Wife was notified at her workplace.

5:02 p.m. — Noise complaint, West Myrtle Street. Caller advising he is sick of the neighbor’s dogs barking. Same advised everyone is now stuck in their homes and no one wants to listen to dogs bark all day starting at 5 or 6 in the morning. Ongoing problem. Spoke with involved party regarding the complaint and she will work on getting the matter resolved.

5:37 p.m. — Reporting party requests an officer stop by to speak to him regarding an issue with his neighbor who was making a threat to shoot his son this morning, West Myrtle Street. Called the reporting party back who claimed the neighbor was racing the engine to his Jeep at 5:30 this morning and threatened to shoot his son. Spoke with the reporting party regarding options and he said he will seek a 258E order.

7:10 p.m. — Franklin County House of Correction notified that a subject will be under house arrest and on a GPS unit, Eagleville Road. They will be monitoring him.

9 p.m. — Message on the machine from a party looking to speak with an officer, Glenwood Avenue. Officer returned call and reporting party wanted it on record that someone smeared dog feces on his driveway marker today. He will monitor the situation and call back if anything further needed.

10:04 p.m. — Party advises she is in the store and is afraid to leave because there is someone in a black car in the parking lot that is watching her, Daniel Shays Highway. On arrival, spoke with the reporting party who said she was concerned as there was a person in a black car who was following her. The reporting party said the car left prior to arrival as she thinks they saw her on the phone. The reporting party was just looking for an officer to stay in the area while she walks back over to the motel where she is staying. The reporting party made it back to the motel safe.

10:20 p.m. — Party states there are 50 cars parked at a location, Daniel Shays Highway. She is worried the same thing will happen to her that happened last night. On arrival, there was no answer at the door. Control called her phone with no answer. The front desk called the room with no answer. Based on the earlier call, a key was obtained and the room was entered. The reporting party was located inside and was upset that the room was entered. She said she was all set.

11:13 p.m. — Party states she saw a male party on the ground, East River Street. When she attempted to check on him, he tried to get in her vehicle and was asking for a ride. Reporting party took off down the road and the male party remained in the area. Officers responded and located involved party. He was highly intoxicated and stated he injured his leg. Officer requested an ambulance. Party refused medical service. Officer provided a courtesy transport to his residence.
