8:53 a.m. — TV dumped in Dumpster on property, Gibson Drive. Working with party from Athol Housing to identify a party who threw a TV in the trash dumpster. Under investigation.

10:16 a.m. — Caller reporting sick raccoon, Harvard Avenue.

11:14 a.m. — Medical emergency called in to FD direct, Petersham Road. Assisted with equipment and loading patient.

1:15 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Pleasant streets. A warning was issued for failing to stop at the red light on Main and Chestnut Hill.

1:16 p.m. — Party requesting extra patrols, Old Keene Road section near Willis Road due to speeding traffic at varying times during the day.

1:43 p.m. — Officer conducted traffic control, Main Street and Chestnut Hill Avenue. Some violations were observed and addressed accordingly.

1:48 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and School streets. A warning was issued for failing to stop at the red light at Main and Chestnut Hill.

2:18 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and School streets. A warning was issued for failing to stop at the red light at Main and Chestnut Hill.

2:22 p.m. — Traffic hazard, Main Street. Moving truck was parked poorly obstructing traffic. Driver was able to move the vehicle so the rest of the population was not burdened.

2:46 p.m. — Caller reporting landlord tenant dispute, Main Street. Landlord states that tenant’s significant other damages the apartment and wants to move in. Landlord requested a restraining order. Officer instructed the landlord to contact Housing Court and ODC fro a No Trespass Order.

3:11 p.m. — Caller reporting neighbor’s dog is being aggressive towards her new puppy and son, Cailan Way. Spoke with the reporting party. She was advised that if an issue came up directly with the neighbor to call back. ACO was contacted in regards to the issue. ACO is going to be following up with the neighbor in regards to keeping their dog on their own property.

3:45 p.m. — 911 call for an animal in a vehicle with the windows rolled up, Tower Road. Vehicle was gone on arrival.

3:50 p.m. — 911 call for a male party that was littering and is ignoring the reporting party when he told that party to pick up the trash, Silver Lake Park. Spoke to the reporting party. He pointed out the vehicle. Officer talked to the operator and told him to remove the trash which he did and disposed of properly.

3:53 p.m. — Caller reporting female and younger male stole $70 in flowers, Main Street. Orange notified. Officers checked the residence of the party, negative contact. Officers off at MacMannis. Was a misunderstanding, customer did pay for the flowers. No further issues.

4:25 p.m. — Caller reporting there is a male yelling and possibly hit a child in the back seat, Market Drive. Operator was issued a citation for operating after revoked. Licensed driver took over the vehicle.

5:17 p.m. — Officer out with two vehicles in the fire lane, New Athol Road. Officer issued two warnings for parking in the fire lane. The vehicles moved along.

5:18 p.m. — Disabled motor vehicle, Main and School streets. Stood by for traffic until Dale’s took the vehicle.

6:09 p.m. — Officer out with ATV, Pleasant Street. Officer observed party riding his ATV on the roadway. Officer advised him to stay on his property.

6:12 p.m. — Party called to report graffiti, Freedom Street. Officer off at Eight Dragons. Picture taken on the wooden retaining wall. Owner said, “Don’t worry about it, I’ll paint over it.”

6:31 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main and Central streets. A warning was issued for failing to stop at the red light at Main and Chestnut Hill.

7:09 p.m. — Officers off in the area for an animal complaint, North Orange Road. En route to Jefferson to an animal rehab.

8:38 p.m. — Officer out with vehicle, Silver Lake Beach. Operator sent on way, no issues.

9:27 p.m. — Taco Bell calling stating that parties in the vehicle went through the drive-through and were drinking and smoking, Market Drive. Reporting party stated that they were headed towards Phillipston. Contacted Phillipston PD to be on the lookout for that vehicle. Vehicle was gone on arrival.

9:53 p.m. — Officer out with a vehicle, Tremont Street.

11:52 p.m. — Caller reporting erratic operator, Fish Street.
