PHILLIPSTON — Join Quabbin Quills Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Red Apple Farm’s Brew Barn to learn all about this nonprofit and celebrate the release of their latest writers’ anthology. This event is free and open to the public.

Quabbin Quills is also awarding this year’s scholarship winners. Jill Mawaka, a graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School; Katelyn Stolberg, a Boston University student; and Violet Masterson of Keene High School are all receiving awards.

Come for a few hours and listen to readings and meet fellow Quabbin and New England authors. You can purchase copies of all four anthologies while supplies last. And if you’re of age, you may order from the bar a fine selection of adult beverages. Food will also be on sale courtesy of the Brew Barn.
