Saturday, Feb. 8

8:38 a.m. — Police checked out report vehicles parked in no parking zone along road and wants them removed, lake Ellis Rd. Moved.

8:52 a.m. — Erratic operator, Tower Road. Negative contact.

9:12 a.m. — Ambulance to Drury Avenue, 99-year-old female.

11:26 a.m. —Woman with dementia locked in car, Main Street. Entry gained.

11:45 a.m. — Motor vehicle lockout, toddler inside vehicle, Main Street. Entry gained.

12:33 p.m. — Ambulance to Daniel Shays Highway, 65-year-old male.

12:59 p.m. — Suspicious person, Exchange Street. Found parties shooting rap video/taking photos in area due to its run-down appearance appropriate for video.

1:22 p.m. — Welfare check, South Main Street. Male found well.

1:26 p.m. — Party reports vehicle hit while he was at work, Tower Road. Under investigation.

1:45 p.m. — Party reports unauthorized charge on debit card. Incident occurred in Leominster.

2:15 p.m. — Prospect Street party in lobby reporting harassment. Advised to seek Harassment Prevention Order on Monday.

2:15 p.m. — Noise complaint, Riverbend Street. Complaint about neighbor shooting gun in backyard. Neighbor denies firing anything. States he heard fireworks earlier.

2:24 p.m. — Ambulance to Daniel Shays Highway for 78-year-old female.

2:43 p.m. — Woods Ambulance (mutual aid) to Crescent Street for 18-year-old.

3 p.m. — Suspicious person, Main Street. Owner of Soap ‘n Suds complaining of kids loitering. No one seen in establishment.

3:15 p.m. — Caller reporting drug activity, Freedom Street. Vehicle gome on arrival.

4:07 p.m. — suspicious person, Main Street. Owner reporting parties are back inside the establishment. Officer made contact with one individual who stated he was taking a nap. Upon approach officer noticed male party stuffing what appeared to be pills and opened glassine bags into his pocket. Male gave items to officer and he was asked if he had a prescription for the 9 pills which he stated not at the time. Officer did not observe any signs of narcotic impairment.

4:43 p.m. — Caller reporting parties looking around the laundromat and it looks suspicious, Main Street. Officer made contact with male using the vending machine, but was not there to do laundry. Sent on way.

5:09 p.m. — Complaint regarding three unregistered vehicles in shared driveway making it difficult to park, School Street.

7:41 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Main Street. Report of male party waiting inside business. Male told officer he was charging his phone. Officer advised him he could only be there to do laundry and was asked to leave.

8:44 p.m. — Motorist stopped and waned about defective headlight and inspection, Templeton Road.

Sunday, Feb. 10

12:36 a.m. — Ambulance to South Main Street for party having issue with medication.

3:23 p.m. — Winter parking ban violation, Main Street.

3:46 a.m. — Attempted to serve warrant, Beacon Street. No contact made.

4:57 a.m. — Warning issued to motorist stopped Daniel Shays Highway for speeding.

5:36 a.m. — Traffic stop, Main Street. Citation issued for speeding.

5:59 a.m. — Athol Hospital staff requested officer ask subject to stay in waiting room until her friend is released.

7:44 a.m. — Ambulance to South Royalston Road for female with flu-like symptoms.

8:12 a.m. — Euclid Street caller reporting sewage in house. DPW notified.

12:21 p.m. — Loose dogs, Pleasant Street. Retrieved by Animal Control.

12:24 p.m. — Several complaints about louiering yesterday, Main Street. Officer conducting walkthrough of building. Everyone inside waiting for clothes, no on outside.

2:38 p.m. — Party reports harassment from family, South main Street.

3:49 p.m. — Green Street party reporting someone cut her brake lines. Fuel lines appeared to be cut; under investigation.

4:09 p.m. — Ambulance to Reservoir Drive for 73-year-old female.

4:25 p.m. — Motorist warned for speeding, Main Street.

4:39 p.m. — Missing person, juvenile, Reservoir Drive. Caller reporting 14-year-old female at the Cinema with a group of home staff members fled, possibly got into unknown vehicle. Juvenile refused to get into cruiser and is believed to be hiding, Euclid Street.

5:21 p.m. — Officer accompanied subject to retrieve belongings, School Street. Party started to use profanity and threw several bedding items on the floor. She was told to leave by the resident and that had to be verbally reinforced by the officer several times until she left. Will return another day.

5:33 p.m. — Party reports another found cell phone and refuses to return. Item retrieved, Hapgood Street. Report to follow.

5:55 p.m. — South Main Street; caller reports driving past a deer in roadway that was hit. While on scene, vehicle ran over the deer. No damage to vehicle. Deer euthanized due to injuries and note left for DPW.

10:42 p.m. — License plates returned, citation issued.

11:14 p.m. — Main Street caller reporting what sounds to be someone trying to break in to a neighboring apartment. Officers made contact with male who had locked himself out of friend’s apartment. Made contact with friend. No issues.

11:27 p.m. — Report of loud music coming from Park Street residence.

Monday, Feb. 11

6:34 a.m. — Report of two tractor trailer trucks blocking the road on Chestnut Hill Avenue between the double bridges.

9:07 a.m. — Ambulance to West Royalston Road for 69-year-old with fracture in his back.

10:35 a.m. — Ambulance to McGregor Street for 52-year-old with back pain.

1:08 p.m. — Party in lobby reporting unauthorized party picked up her medication.

1:09 p.m. — Ambulance to Main street for 56-year-old with chest pain.

1:29 p.m. — Report of woman walking down the middle of Pleasant Street. Gone on arrival.

2:53 p.m. — Report of student who fled the building, Pleasant Street. Student located within minutes by staff.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

12:37 a.m. — Blanchard Circle caller requesting police assistance with intoxicated person refusing the leave residence. Advised subjects to stay separated for the night.

3:45 p.m. — Loud noise complaint, Main Street. No noise heard at door. Call unfounded.

3:13 p.m. — 911 welfare check, Main street. Female transported to the hospital for voluntary mental health evaluation.

6:29 p.m. — Cat struck by vehicle, Chestnut Hill Avenue.

6:29 p.m. — Athol Hospital emergency room calling for officer assistance. Officer spoke with subject who was upset due to his girlfriend being sectioned. Advised him not to call the ER and argue with the staff. Stated he would stop.

7 p.m. — Report of man looking in caller’s window. Party tried to grab the man but he was able to get away, Main Street.

8:59 p.m. — Main Street, loud music complaint.

9:24 a.m. — Ambulance responded to Twichell Street for party with chest pain.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

9:08 a.m. — Ambulance to Chase Road for 83-year-old unable to ambulate.

9:49 a.m. — Ambulance to Jeanne Drive for 79-year-old female.

12:35 p.m. — Complaint of several unregistered motor vehicles on property, Hill Street.

12:54 p.m. — Report of water main break, Jones and Harrison streets.

1:28 p.m. — Female kicked out of friend’s house seeking assistance was directed to Salvation Army.

3:36 p.m. — Detective working with Social Security Administration and Santander Bank on scam involving a client.

3:49 p.m. — Ambulance to Brickyard Road for male seeking transport for evaluation.

4:59 p.m. — suspicious person, Main street. Male wearing black and blue outfit walking in middle of the road with cars honking at him.

5:16 p.m — Allen Street caller seeking advice about tenant advised of options for Harassment Prevention Order through court.

5:30 p.m. — Caller reporting male and female wearing dark clothing pushing a cart in the middle of the lane on South Main street. Transported parties to Executive Inn in Orange.

5:47 p.m. — Caller reporting he is stuck at the end of Lee Street because it has not yet been plowed. DPW notified.

5:58 p.m. — Pleasant Street caller states neighbors are coming into her room and breaking stuff.

9:06 p.m. — Main street caller reports being threatened by and is scared for her life.

9:24 p.m. — Ambulance to Spring Street for 58-year-old male with difficulty breathing and chest pain.

10:28 p.m. — Ambulance to Pequoig Avenue for 72-year-old female having difficulty breathing.

10:37 p.m. — Motorist reporting she was unable to get up the hill and had to leave her car in parking lot, Silver Lake Street and Crescent Street.
