Friday, December 2 6:53 a.m. – Caller from E River Street requested assistance with an older male that appeared to be following her. She was advised to keep her distance and not to walk near his building.
2:15 p.m. – E River Street call into the station regarding a truck leaking gas all over the road. Police located the vehicle parked off the roadway. Operator said he would be calling for a tow and was all set.
3:57 p.m. – Report from East Road of a truck dragging Brush Hog equipment that appeared to only have the front wheels working on it. Police located the operator who said the wheels had recently fallen off and he couldn’t get the machine through the field to the tree farm. Police followed behind to his destination down the road.
Sunday, December 4 12:47 a.m. – Daniel Shays highway traffic stop for no headlight.
1:40 a.m. – Police on Daniel Shays Highway pursued a vehicle (older black Honda) that had almost struck an APD officer on scene from a separate call. Police continued pursuit in to the town of Athol. Unable to locate.
2:03 a.m. – E River Street caller reported that the house next to him seemed to have water pouring out of it and onto the street, and it seemed to be coming from a pipe from the house. Water Dept advised water shut off and they would continue work on the water line.
5:14 a.m. – Traffic stop on Daniel Shays Highway. Verbal warning for failure to turn on headlights.
Monday, December 5 4:47 p.m. – Police responded to Goddard Court for a landlord/tenant issue. Upon arrival, caller reported that the subject had placed several cameras up on the property. Police were advised there was a ruling from a judge that the subject not do anything to the property. Subject eventually removed all but one camera. Peace was restored.
Tuesday, December 6 9:24 a.m. – Report of an unwanted person at E Main Street trying to get into other apartments. Police responded and checked the area but individual was gone on arrival.
Wednesday, December 7 5:14 a.m. – Police responded to Fairman Road for a possible breaking and entering. Caller believed someone was breaking into another apartment, and that someone with a flashlight and was setting off her cameras. Apartment was checked and found to be secure and unoccupied. Video showed some plants blowing in the wind and reflecting her camera’s flood light.
8:55 a.m. – Police responded to a disturbance reported at Dexter Street of disorderly parents.
9:00 p.m. – Police assisted DCF at Packard Road. No issues.
Thursday, December 8 3:04 p.m. – Police responded to a reported disturbance. Police spoke with both parties and situation was mediated and involved parties were given court options due to child in common. Child was checked on and all appeared fine. Parties to call back if things escalate again.
9:39 p.m. – Police responded to a disturbance call from Daniel Shays Highway. Both males were intoxicated, but situation was mediated by Police.
