Teresa M. Blakie, 39, of Winchester Road, Warwick. Pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, fined $500, sentenced to 32-hours of community service as alternate for the fine at $15 per hour. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

Larry J. Bunker, 59, of Parks Street, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, Heroin, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/11/19 with victim witness assessment of $50, must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any aftercare treatment recommended. Charge of being present where heroin is kept, was dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the commonwealth prosecuted the other two charges in district court. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.

Tyson L. Wilder, 29, of Chestnut Hill Avenue, Athol. Charges of assault and battery on family/household member, and malicious destruction of property under $1,200 value, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/13/18 for pre-trial conference.

Stacey L. Collins, 29, of West River Street. Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or .08%, marked lanes violation, no license in possession, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, released on personal recognizance, continued to 8/10/18 for pre-trial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

David L. Kozma, 48, of Main Road, Gill. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class B drug, to wit, crack, and no inspection sticker, in Erving, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/27/18 for pre-trial conference.

Jennifer G. Pierson, 27, of cottage Street, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, Heroin with intent to distribute, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/18/19 with victim witness assessment of $50, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any aftercare treatment recommended, must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests. Charges of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, Heroin, being present where heroin is kept, and conspiracy to violate drug laws, both dismissed on request of the commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform 4-hours a month to community service.

Travis R. LeBlanc, 36, of Cottage Street, Athol. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, Heroin, sentenced to one-year in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation until 6/18/19, with victim witness assessment of $50, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any aftercare treatment recommended, must remain drug and alcohol free with payment of the $150 fee, and must submit to collect and read 10-obituaries from Franklin County. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform four-hours a month to community service.

Megan R. Brown, 24, of Adams Drive, Athol. Admitted to sufficient facts for larceny over $250, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/18/19, and must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, must take and complete a substance abuse evaluation, and take any aftercare treatment recommended, and must take and complete the Grace House program. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

Samantha A. Blanchette, 21, of larceny under $250, and larceny under $250 by false pretense, bail set at $500, continued to 7/20/18 for pre-trial conference.

Lisa Batalona, 44, of South Main Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of property damage, and marked lanes violation, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/13/18 for pre-trial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

Jhims Grand-Pierre, 36, of Walnut Street, Athol. Found responsible for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, fined $100. Found not responsible for no inspection sticker.

Raven B, McBride, 33, of Stuart, Fl. Pleaded innocent to three charges of larceny from a person 60 or older, amended from larceny under $1,200, or less, one charge of conspiracy, and one of identity fraud. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, from the state of Florida for probation violation, and according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the commonwealth is unwilling to further this count for the offense listed, as Florida won’t extradite this defendant. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

Christopher Biggins, 26, of Morton Meadows, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and wanton destruction of property under $1,200, must stay away from and have no contact with a specified address at Morton Meadows in Athol, and bail set at $350, a C276, section 56A form was filed by the commonwealth, allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found, continued to 7/13/18 for pre-trial hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Tylo D. Morales, listed as homeless of Orange. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant from North Carolina, for probation violation, ordered held under a C276, section 56A form that was filed by the commonwealth, continued to 7/13/18 for status review.

Darius J. Fuentes, 26, of Amherst. Charges of possessing a firearm without an FID card, possessing ammunition without an FID card, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit, and possessing a Class D drug, to wit, Marijuana with intent to distribute, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/20/18 for pre-trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Thomas S. Racine, 19, of Gardner. Pleaded innocent to possessing a firearm without an FID card, possessing ammunition without an FID card, and possessing a Class D drug, to wit, Marijuana with intent to distribute, in Orange by state police, bail set at $500, continued to 7/20/18 for pre-trial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

James D. Burns, 43, of Fitchburg. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, in Erving. Found responsible for rate of speeding exceeding the posted limit, fined $120, plus $5 (cq) surfine. Number plate violation to conceal identification, dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Derek J. Bourque, 47, listed as a post box, in Athol. Charges of operating with suspended registration, and uninsured motor vehicle, in Erving, were both dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Tammie J. Margotta, 49, of Locks Pond Road, Shutesbury. Pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of property damage, in Erving, released on personal recognizance, continued to 7/20/18 for pre-trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150 and $150 legal counsel contribution.

Donald J. Sullivan, Jr., 30, of Springfield. Ma. Found responsible for no inspection sticker, fined $50. Charge of operating under the influence of drugs, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, this was in the interest of justice. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Stephon M. O’Connor, 22, of French King Highway, Erving. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 7/17/18, and must have no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license. Found not responsible for no license in possession. no inspection sticker, and motor vehicle lights violation, Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16-hours.

Admitted to sufficient facts for assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a knife, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 6/18/19 with victim witness assessment of $90, and must not carry a knife on your person or under your control outside of your home, Must have mental health evaluation and take any after care recommended. must stay away from and have no contact with a named victim.
