Warder competes in Navy SEALS event

ORANGE — Elizabeth “Liz” Warder of Orange competed in her fourth Hesco Bone Frog Obstacle Course Race on May 19th. Warder placed ninth out of 55 competitors in her age group.

The course is 6 miles long and contains 38 obstacle courses. The course is located in Charlemont. The race is broken into five different categories: Kids Race, Sprint, Challenge, Tier-1 and Endurance. Hesco Bone Frog was created by the Navy SEALS. The event donates 90 percent of its donatons to deceased and wounded SEALS and their families.

Warder was deceptive but cunning on if she would participate in any future events, saying “I’m retired, but ...”
