2:34 a.m. — Report of town by-law violations. Winter parking ban violations issued: Elizabeth Street, Sanders Street, Main street, Ridge Avenue, Shore Drive (2), Raymond Place (2), Marble Street (3), Wallingford Street, Crescent Street (2), School Street (3), Chester Street, Green Street.

4:15 a.m. — Ridge Road caller requesting lift assistance for 88-year-old who has fallen.

4:50 a.m. — Report of town bylaw violation, Drury Avenue. Issued violation.

5:31 a.m. — Traffic stop, Daniel Shays Highway. Citation issued for speeding.

6:39 a.m. – Caller reporting white sedan off the road, Templeton Road and Garfield Road. Motor vehicle slid off the road, no damage. Owner got assistance pushing vehicle out.

7:33 a.m. — Sanders Street party called about returning her property.

9:19 a.m. — Main Street male party misdialed 911. Confirmed.

9:45 a.m — Male in lobby looking to get his gun returned to him. Advised to return when court officer is working Monday.

9:48 a.m. — Disabled motor vehicle, South Main Street. Party has assistance on the way.

10:59 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, West Royalston Road. Arrested operator Lagene Antone Richardson, 37, 130 Sunapee St., Newport, NH for driving on revoked license and speeding. Passenger, Ricky Walker, 28, of 28 Middle Apt., Newport NH was arrested on default warrant out of Dorchester District Court. Firearm recovered from vehicle and additional charges may following pending investigation.

1:10 p.m. — Earl Drive party calling to speak to officer in regard to options he has with his son.

1:25 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Exchange Street. Vehicles operated by Sarah Hamilton Gambress, 172 Newton St., Athol and Sandierose Amy Ross, 401 South St., Athol were involved.

2:11 p.m. — Main Street party reporting more property damage, Main Street. BB gun damage to window.

2:35 p.m. — Transported two male prisoners to Orange District Court.

3:24 p.m. — Attempt to serve paperwork, Lumber Street.

3:29 p.m. — Follow-up investigation, North Orange Road.

3:42 p.m. — Attempted to serve paperwork, Daniel Shays Highway.

3:49 p.m. — Attempted to serve paperwork, Partridgeville Road. Negative.

3:51 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, South Athol Road. Report of blue SUV with two parties sitting in vehicle by the railroad tracks. Gone on arrival.

4:41 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, South Main Street.

4:55 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Lenox Street.

5:31 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Templeton Road. Warning for defective headlight.

6:10 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, South main Street. Warning for defective headlight.

6:30 p.m. — Assisted citizen, Pleasant Street.

6:36 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, School Street. Citation issued for operating with suspended license, motor vehicle revoked insurance. Vehicle towed.

6:58 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Daniel Shays Highway. Citation issued for speeding.

7:05 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, South Main Street.

7:07 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Daniel Shays highway and Coolidge Parkway. Warning for defective headlight.

7:24 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Templeton Road. Warning for defective headlight.

7:45 p.m. — Party in lobby to speak with officer; Raymond Place.

7:51 p.m. — Ambulance responded to Everett Avenue.

9:14 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, S&S Appliance, Main Street.

9:22 p.m. — Three officers, a detective, an ambulance, and fire engine-pumper responded to Beacon Street for medical emergency.

9:31 p.m. — Fire department responded to Central Street for carbon monoxide detector going off.  Faulty detector.
