Friday, May 14

10:04 p.m. – A breaking and entering incident in progress reported in the Exchange Street area resulted in an arrest.

10:35 p.m. – A possible larceny incident involving missing medication was reported in the Intervale Avenue area. Caller stated they had people over the prior day, and noticed their medication was missing.

10:58 p.m. – Noise complaint in the Hamlet Street area reported a group of kids lighting fireworks off in the middle of the road. Officer in the area was dispatched to investigate.

Sunday, May 16

2:17 p.m. – Caller from Main and Exchange Street area reported green light was out. DPW notified.

2:42 p.m. – Employee from Main Street business reported a suspicious looking male was hanging around the store, staring at a younger female. Described as and older male, walking with a limp and driving with Michigan plates; subject was driving in circles around Cumberland Farms. Investigated, but no contact made.

5:41 p.m. – Dorset Road area fire alarm for a report of bedroom filling with smoke. Resident thinks dryer kicked off the circuit breaker, and heat accidentally came on. Multiple stuffed animals resting on the heater may have caused the issue.
