3:26 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Main Street. Party called stating two people were passed out in a black vehicle with grey top. Parties were taking a nap.

3:53 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Fairview Avenue. Male party sent on way, civil issue advised to take matter to probate court.

4:01 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Brookside Road. Received multiple calls regarding trash in road, making travel difficult. Cleared trash to the side of the road.

6:47 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Lake Street.

6:49 p.m. — Shoplifting, Tower Road. Caller reporting a shoplifter. Transporting female party to speak with Trooper McDonough. Richelle M. Bednarczyk, 24, of Mechanic St., Winchendon was taken into custody with a positive 14.

10:26 p.m. — Repossession notice, Main Street.

10:31 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Pleasant Street. Caller stating there was a car ripping up the lawn at the old school and he appears to be stuck now. Vehicle towed, transporting male party.

11:08 p.m. — Property return.

3:22 a.m. — House checks, White Pond Road.

3:29 a.m. — House checks, White Pond Road.

7:29 a.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, New Sherborn Road. Caller reporting a black Mazda CX5 that travels in excess of 60 MPH every morning. Will be on the lookout.

7:31 a.m. — Hazard, Pleasant and Main streets. Caller reporting the traffic light is not changing from red to green on the CVS side of Main St. Athol DPW notified.

7:34 a.m. — Illegal dumping, Washington Avenue. Investigating, trash removed.

8:35 a.m. — Transport prisoner.

8:51 a.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation.

9:21 a.m. — Walk-in. Party wants to speak with a supervisor regarding ongoing harassment from tenants he is evicting, Hapgood Street.

10:52 a.m. — Animal complaint, School Street. Caller reporting two dogs with ear infections in a neighboring apartment. ACO advised.

12:41 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Freedom Street. Caller reporting two suspicious looking individuals who are in an electrical box located next to the driveway of Ocean State Job Lot. Working on electric panel, no problems found.

2:59 p.m. — Walk-in to station to report fraud, Petersham Road.

3:59 p.m. — Fax from ODC, South Athol Road. No trespass order.

4:11 p.m. — Motor vehicle crash, South Main Street and Brookside Road. Report of a motor vehicle accident with injury.

5:11 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Lake Street. Caller reports male driving a mini bike with small children on it wearing only bike helmets.

5:37 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Lake Street.

6:02 p.m. — Walk-in. Assist citizen.

7:11 p.m. — Disturbance, Spring Street. Request for police. Male party throwing and breaking items in the house. Female has left the residence. Kailey N. French, 21, of Spring Street. was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon. Placed in cell. Bail set at $1,040. Phone call and blanket provided.

9:00 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, served 209A in hand.

9:09 p.m. — Assist other agency, DCF requesting past six months.

9:23 p.m. — Assist other agency, Pleasant Street. Call from Winchendon Police about threats being made.

9:25 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Spring Street. Delivered male party plaintiff copy of a 209A.

9:28 p.m. — Filing 51A.

10:15 p.m. — Assist Citizen, Morton Meadows. Female requesting officer stating her four tires were damaged. Subject stated that she was run off the road and made her blow out all four of her tires.

Tuesday, April 24

8:31 a.m. — Estabrook Street caller reporting that someone has used her dumpster without permission.

8:43 a.m — Subject to station to report her car was vandalized sometime last night, Partridgeville Road. Officer gathered information and waiting to speak with the male party allegedly responsible. Reporting party does not want criminal charges pursued at this time.

9:32 a.m. — Partridgeville Road caller requesting police assistance for a verbal dispute between her and another individual. Officer stood by as male party involved gathered some of his property.

9:57 a.m. — Main Street caller reporting damaged property. Officer viewed minor damage to old ticket booth.

9:59 a.m. — Subject to station to be fingerprinted. So done.

10:03 a.m. — Animal complaint, Rosemont Avenue. Both Animal Control Officers off in Orange.

10:50 a.m. — Caller requested a welfare check on individual who hasn’t returned phone calls in about a week and whose fiancé has called him out of work for the week. Officer checked, male party was accounted for and is fine.

11:22 a.m. — Prisoner transported to Orange District Court.

11:30 a.m. — Subject to station to apply for License To Carry (LTC).

11:51 a.m. — Marble Street. Subject to station inquired how to get property from a condemned building. Advised to speak with building inspector of fire chief about entering the building.

12:17 p.m. — Civil dispute, Spring Street. Caller requesting assistance with a custody issue concerning granddaughter. Assisted.

12:45 p.m. — Larceny, Shore Drive. Party reports his ex-girlfriend’s daughter stole approximately $5,000 from his bank account. Information taken. Charges pending.

1 p.m. — Silver Lake Street subject to station to apply for LTC.

3:54 p.m. — Male in lobby stating tenants are stealing from an apartment being renovated on Hapgood Street. Advised to seek HARPO through the court.

3:58 p.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Bickford Drive. Spoke to staff about a customer who wanted to remove belongings from vehicle at tow yard. Staff advised the party can get belongings after the two bill is paid.

4:32 p.m. — Partridgeville Road caller reports he and family are moving out and other parties blocking them and starting a fight. Male party possibly has a gun on him. Requested board of health and animal control. Animal control officer enroute, board of health on scene. Female in lobby to file paperwork.

5:57 p.m. — Wallet found in middle of South Main Street.

6:05 p.m. — Fingerprinted citizen for new LTC application.

9:17 p.m. — Evan V. Johnson, 22, Ward Street, Athol, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for marked lanes violation on Templeton Road. It was determined he had a warrant. Vehicle towed.

9:48 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Caller reports white jeep parked in the road has been there for 10 minutes and is a traffic hazard. C&D Towing notified. Officer heading to owners address to see if she is home. Officer spoke with male party walking, then transported to Marble Street.

11:23 p.m. — Union Street caller stated he was fearful for his life. Responded to address where male party was known to be, searched and found nothing.

12:11 a.m. — Checked residence, Franklin Street. All secure.

12:20 a.m. — Checked residence, White Pond Road. All secure.

12:26 a.m. — Checked residence, White Pond Road. All secure.

12:33 a.m — Checked residence, Batchelder Road. All secure.

12:50 a.m. — Checked residence, Ridge Road. All secure.

12:59 a.m. — Checked residence, Petersham Road. All secure.

1:11 a.m. — Checked residence, Chestnut Hill Avenue All secure.

6:09 a.m. — School Street party called from emergency room stating she needed a ride home. Courtesy transport provided.

6:26 a.m. — Motorist stopped at Exchange and Marble streets issued warning for failure to use care in starting.
