Dec. 14Judge Laurie Macleaod

Jennel L. Robideau, 28, of White Pond Road, Athol. Charged with larceny over $250, forgery of a check, utter false check and trespass.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial, sufficient facts found on counts 1 and 3, but continued without a finding until February 14, 2020 with the condition that the defendant stays away from drugs and adheres to screenings. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Count 4, probation to Feb. 14, 2020.

Mitchell Duarte, 27, of West Street, Leominster. Charged with uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 15, 2019.

Jenny French, 51, of Fish Street, Athol. Charged with 2 counts of failure to stop/yield and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, found responsible for count 1, not responsible for count 2 and $50 fine was assessed for count 3.

Julie Hale, 21, of South Street, Athol. Charged with cruelty to animal.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 8, 2019.

Mitchell Duarte, 26, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with 2 counts receive stolen property less than $1200, number plate violation to conceal ID, and unregistered motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 15, 2019. Charged with marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.  

Steven E. Babineau, 65, of Oaklawn Avenue, Orange. Charged with 2nd offense OUI-liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance.  Pretrial hearing set for February 12, 2019.

Rebecca L. Larose, 24, of Partridgeville Road, Athol. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 15, 2019.

John D. Graham, 21, of Conant Road, Athol.  Charged with class A drug possession, class B drug possession and carrying a dangerous weapon.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 12, 2019.

Henry A. Delrosario-Lopez, 29, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license/subsequent offense, OUI-drugs, OUI-liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for February 12, 2019.

Noberto Hernandez, 36, of Rittenhouse Road, Worcester. Charged with possession of a class E drug.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for February 4, 2019.

Dec. 17Judge David Ross

Jonathan K. Rich, 30, of North Main Street, New Salem. Charged with leaving the scene of property damage.  Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial found the defendant plead guilty to the charge.  $50 assessment and Rich is on probation until June 14th, 2019. Special conditions include substance abuse evaluation and the Brains at Risk Program. The court recommended no loss of license by the RMV.

Jason M. Farinoli, 42, of New Athol Road, Orange. Charged with OUI-drugs. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for February 15, 2019.

Connor W. Begun, 21, of Benjamin Road, Shirley. Charged with marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI, liquor. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is set for January 18, 2019.

Kevin J. Shaw, 29, of Wendell Road, Warwick. Charged with possession by felon/youthful offender self-defense spray and assault and battery on +60 disabled. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing is set for February 15, 2019.

Brandy L. Racicot-Enders, 34, of Brickyard Road, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and speeding rate of speed exceeding  posted limit. Arraigned and held, dismissed counts 1 and 2 upon the request of the Commonwealth. Count 3 found the defendant not responsible.

Reginald Bourdages, 45, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with leaving the scene of property damage and speeding rate of speed exceeding  posted limit. Arraigned and held, Pretrial hearing is set for February 15, 2019.

David Meader, 24, of Pine Meadow Road, Phillipston. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and no inspection sticker.  Arraigned and held, 1st charge dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. 2nd charge found defendant not responsible.

Timothy J. Friend, 35, of Lake Street, Athol. Charged with operation of an unlicensed motor vehicle.  Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing set for February 15, 2019.

Dec. 18Judge David Ross

Pia M. Murphy, 49, of Winchester Road, Warwick. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, marked lanes violation and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit. Arraigned and held, released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for April 22, 2019.

Jessica L. Burgess, 40, of Templeton Road, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.  Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing set for Jan. 25.

Jacquelyn M. Croke, 28, of Gilsum Street, Keene, NH. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to stop/yield. Arraigned and held. Pretrial hearing set for Jan. 11.
