WENDELL — The next in the monthly series of Science Fiction/Fantasy and Horror/Monster movies at the Wendell Free Library, “Event Horizon,” will be shown Saturday, Nov. 2, at 7:30 p.m. In the year 2047 a group of astronauts are sent to investigate and salvage the long lost starship “Event Horizon.” The ship disappeared mysteriously seven years before on its maiden voyage and with its return comes even more mystery as the crew of the “Lewis and Clark” discover the real truth behind its disappearance and something even more terrifying.
Admission is free. There will be a short (1/2 hour) film before the movie, an episode of “Fireball XL5: “Planet Of Platonia.”
