Thursday, Dec. 5

1 p.m. — The Orange Senior Citizens Club will hold their Christmas meeting at the Orange Armory on East Main Street. A short business meeting will be followed with a Christmas musical program by Theresa Bergquist and Ann Reed. The refreshments will be a cookie swap, and a collection will be taken up for the Santa Fund.

Saturday, Dec. 7

8 a.m. to 2 p.m. — St. John’s Episcopal Church Christmas Bazaar, 15 Park Ave., Athol. Drawings at 2 p.m., Tourtiere (pre-order at 978-575-1260) crafts, wreaths, cookies by the pound, pies, Santa, snack bar, bake sale, thrift shop.

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — The Orange Historical Society’s Christmas Bazaar, 41 North Main St., Orange. Chance table, tin can raffle, food items available at the bakery and canned goods table. Contact Kathy Schiappa for information on donating or becoming a member of the Historical Society. Drawings at 2 p.m.

9 a.m. — St. Martin’s Church in Otter River will hold its annual Holiday Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8 at the American Legion Hall, 3 Central St., Baldwinville. Theme baskets, a major prize raffle, Chinese auction, fresh Christmas wreaths, “Polish Auction” with 40 gift baskets, home-made baked goods, Santa.

11 a.m. to noon — Senator Comerford’s People’s Office Library Tour gathering at Phinehas S. Newton Library, Royalston.

Noon — AOTV Auction, Dec. 7 and 8, starting at noon. Channel 1301, Simulcast on WVAO 105.9 FM. Live stream from Call 978-249-4470 for bidder number.

4 p.m. — The Pioneer Valley Brass will perform a free public concert of holiday music at the Central Congregational Church, 93 South Main St., in Orange. Info: Maureen Riendeau 978-413-6867.  

7-9 p.m. — Tintagels Gate, downtown Athol, will host “Cocoa and Cookies With Santa” on the premises at 505 Main St.
