Tuesday, Nov. 26

7:33 a.m. — Winthrop Street caller requesting extra patrols for speeding vehicles.

7:59 a.m. — 911 call of a bunch of kids yelling and saying have a nice day, unable to trace phone as it is a 911 number. Several more E-911 fraudulent calls from a group of children, one of which mentioned “we’re on bus 311 for ACES.” The call is pinging on Lenox Street and slowly moving down the street. Officer is in the area and stopping a school bus believed to have the caller on board. Caller was identified and cellphone confiscated. Parent spoken to and advised as to what took place.

8:04 a.m. — Pleasant Street. Officer conducting follow-up investigation.

8:55 a.m. — Follow-up investigation, Ward Street. Officer sp[oke to parent regarding child. Also returned a cellphone.

9:19 a.m. — Wallingford Avenue; caller reporting she is being harassed and threatened. Spoke with party; advised of options.

9:21 a.m. — Officer conducting follow-up investigation, Winthrop Street. Spoke to male party about complaint regarding his operation.

10:12 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Freedom Street. Vehicle stopped for plate not matching. Operator in process of a transfer.

10:42 a.m. — Caller reporting a wire jacket hanging down from a pole, Lenox Street. Reporting no hazard; and Spectrum notified.

10:44 a.m. — Harassment, Main Street. Officer spoke with parties involved. Reporting party advised of options and party involved was advised to stay away from the other.

11:26 a.m. — Female in lobby to speak with officer to get belongings from ex, Wallingford Avenue. Officer attempted to contact ex.

11:33 a.m. — Female calling to request the water department because they hit a water line while doing some work. Water department en route.

11:56 a.m. — Property damage, South Street. Male reporting the wall out front was spray painted over night. Multiple locations hit with spray paint graffiti; incident under investigation.

12:57 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Main street. Male reporting a truck backed up into a car. Now they are arguing on the side of the road. Vehicles operated by Christopher M. Shaw of Pleasant Street, Athol, and Alarna Lamar, Tremont Street, Athol, were involved. Shaw was cited for faiure to use care when backing.

1:08 p.m. — Registry of motor vehicle looking for a full report on motor vehicle accident involving male party, Winthrop Street.

2:15 p.m. — Caller reporting glass all over the road, Silver Lake Street. DPW notified.

2:38 p.m. — Tremont Street; female in the lobby to speak with officer about a restraining order against ex-husband. Advised to head to Orange District Court for assistance in obtaining one.

3:34 p.m. — Motor vehicle accident, Northern Avenue and White Pond Road, involving vehicle operated by Debra E. Cheries, Blanchard Circle, Athol. Officer requested tow. National Grid on scene.

3:35 p.m. — Ambulance responded to Northern Avenue and White Pond Road for single car into a pole. Unknown injuries.

4:18 p.m. — Male party in lobby to speak with officer, possibly intoxicated. Transported subject to Athol Hospital.

4:41 p.m. — Caller requested welfare check on his wife that is home. Stated they tried to Section 35 his son today and he is afraid that his son may be at the house having a confrontation with his mother.

5:28 p.m. — Disabled motor vehicle, South Main Street. Officer assisted party.

6:05 p.m. — Party to speak with officer regarding getting belongings back, Burma Road.

6:07 p.m. — Female to speak with officer regarding getting belongings back, School Street.

6:28 p.m. — 911 caller reporting smoke in the area and the smell of burning plastic, Sanders Street.

6:35 p.m. — Report of suspicious person, Lumber Street.

6:36 p.m. — Disturbance, Petersham Road. 911 for 21-year-old who is out of control and throwing things around the house. Stated her daughter had a knife earlier and threatened to kill herself. Officer transported female party to Athol Hospital.

8:02 p.m. — Laurel Street; walk-in spoke with officer regarding questions about her dog that her ex has. Advised of court options.

8:41 p.m. — Athol Hospital emergency room requests officer to stand by while a clinician speaks to patient.

10:01 p.m. — Caller reporting a four wheeler that has been driving up and down the road the past hour, Leonard Street.

11:33 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Main Street, behind the town hall. Party playing Pokemon sent on way.
