2 Keene men arrested on drug charges

 KEENE, NH — On the afternoon of Saturday, Sept. 14, Keene Police executed a search warrant at the residence of Roland “Leison” Farnsworth, 36, of Church Street, Keene.

The search warrant was the culmination of an investigation of Farnsworth’s involvement in the sale of controlled drugs in the Keene area. The investigation revealed Farnsworth was working in concert with another man in the distribution of illicit drugs, identified as: Ronald J. Karvosky, 42, Maple Lane, Marlborough, NH.

Approximately 40 grams of suspected Heroin/Fentanyl and approximately 1 ounce of suspected crack cocaine were seized as part of this search warrant. 

Both Farnsworth and Karvosky were arrested without incident and held without bail at Cheshire County House of Corrections. Both are scheduled to be arraigned in Cheshire County Superior Court, Monday, Sept. 16, at 1 p.m.

This investigation and arrests are part of Granite Shield, a state-funded initiative targeting opioid distribution in New Hampshire.
