8:24 a.m. — Officer recovered needle by stairs, Main Street.

9:03 a.m. — 911 for 97-year-old female with respiratory issues, Daniel Shays Highway.

10:45 a.m. — Officer reporting a tractor trailer stuck under the Tunnel Street bridge. Backed up and sent on way.

10:49 a.m. — Hapgood Street caller reporting a cat she just got is vicious and biting her. Animal control notified.

10:54 a.m. — Newton Street caller reporting boyfriend will not allow her back into their house with the restraining order lifted today. Advised to try and work something out with ex-boyfriend.

10:56 a.m. — Principal reporting a teacher’s car was keyed and damaged, Pleasant Street. Under investigation.

11:19 a.m. — Pequoig Avenue caller reporting drug activity near his house.

11:25 a.m. — Vehicles operated by Betty M. Tolppa, Lori Circle, Athol, and Emily R. Porrazzo, North Fitzwilliam Road, Royalston were involved in minor accident on Main Street. Tolppa warned for failure to use care when backing.

Noon — Ambulance responded to Crescent for male worker whose knee popped out.

12:11 p.m. — Sick skunk removed, Daniel Shays Highway.

12:16 p.m. — Medical emergency, Tremont Street. Caller reporting male party not breathing properly. Arrested Derek J. Hartin, 30, Everett Avenue, Athol, on a warrant from Orange District Court.

12:44 p.m. — Ambulance responded to Reservoir Drive for 84-year-old female with possible hip fracture.

1:49 p.m. — Report of green car trespassing on dead end of West Chestnut Street. Sent on way.

11:42 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Sanders Street and Radcliffe Street. Caller states there is a silver sedan that is driving around, pulling his emergency brake and the vehicle has a loud exhaust.
