Wednesday, June 12

5:45 a.m. — Ambulance responded to Lewis Street for medical emergency; female transported to Athol Hospital.

6:17 a.m. — Ambulance responded to Pleasant Street for 88-year-old.

7:38 a.m. — Ambulance responded to Cottage Street following a call from Gardner Police reporting female, Q5 with bodily harm.

8:05 a.m. — Report of disturbance between mother and son outside parking lot, Main Street. Verbal only; son left on foot.

11:41 a.m. — Party in the lobby looking to speak to an officer. Officer has one in custody, Section 35.

12:57 p.m. — Report of dog abuse, Cottage Street. Addressed by Animal Control.

1:34 p.m. — Caller reporting lots of animal parts spread out throughout the beach area, Silver Lake Beach.

1:39 p.m. — Report of lots of yelling outside building on Central Street. Found tenant dispute; officers restored peace.

3:41 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Lyons Hill Road. Party reports vehicle at the bottom of the hill since morning. Officer observed the vehicle has a flat tire; not a traffic hazard.

4:26 p.m. — Bellevue Drive caller requesting to speak to an officer regarding how to do a background check. Officer spoke with party and advised her it wasn’t a police matter.

6:04 p.m. — Cottage Street caller states there is a vehicle parked across from her house and it is making it hard for vehicles to go down the street. No issue; truck moved to driveway.

7:28 p.m. — Chestnut Hill Avenue caller reports she has two flat tires and is trying to find tires to get them fixed. Vehicle is out of roadway. No hazard.

8:13 p.m. — Ambulance to Tower Road, Market Basket, for possible medical emergency.

8:33 p.m. — Well being check on a female party calling about an issue with a dog that is not making any sense. Officer spoke with caller as well as owner of dog. All appeared to be well and no issues.

9:32 p.m. — Suspicious activity, Main Street caller reporting what sounded like two fireworks in the area. Searched area; no fireworks on arrival.

9:41 p.m. — Same Cottage Street party from earlier call about the dog, called back and was still not making sense. Spoke with reporting party about her son who is not home. Son is 19 and not living there currently.

10:28 p.m. — Grove Street caller reporting neighbors making loud noises and yelling.

11:04 p.m. — Suspicious person, New Sherborn Road. Report of a bald white male wearing a black shirt urinating on front yard and now is just standing on caller’s property. Called back and reported the man is now walking away from the property. Officer made contact with male who was intoxicated and transported same home to a sober party.

11:34 p.m. — Caller reporting a male subject wearing a black hoodie and a backpack was in their driveway. Subject left the property. Area checked. Gone on arrival.
