Wednesday, Nov. 6

(NOTE: The 7 a.m. to 3 p.m shift was not available prior to press time.)

3:20 p.m. — Reservoir Drive, 011 abandoned calls. Checked area, unable to locate. Number called repeatedly then would hang up Number could not be called back (911 only).

3:26 p.m. — Conant Road caller reporting issues with not being paid from his work. Officer spoke with employee and employer. Employee states he will be home Friday so tools and materials can be picked up then. The matter of the paycheck would need to be settled through court.

3:31 p.m. — New Athol Road caller reporting party just took $25 worth of eye care products. Unknown male placed several items inside his pockets without paying and left on foot. Immediate area checked, negative contact.

3:44 p.m. — School Street caller reporting children climbing on trees on property. Moved a father and son along.

4:09 p.m. — Illegal dumping of three tires, Daniel Shays Highway at Fielding Way. DPW contacted.

4:17 p.m. — Disturbance, Gibson Drive. Caller reporting intoxicated male party acting inappropriately. No issues, parties will stay separated.

4:49 p.m. — Disabled vehicle, Templeton Road. Officer stood by while family arrived and car was pushed to Wendy’s parking lot to stay for the night until it is towed in the morning.

5:02 p.m. — Harrington Street caller would like to speak to officer about a male that she was trying to get a restraining order against. Party went to court today seeking an RO and it was not issued. The court instead issued a summons for a hearing where both parties could present information as to whether the order should be issued. Subject to advise him of the hearing and encourage staying elsewhere for the night.

5:05 p.m. — Subject in station requesting welfare check, High Knob Road. Advised to call back when party arrived home so a welfare check can be performed.

5:40 p.m. — Conant Road; assisted citizen. Party in lobby looking to speak to officer about a male party (in reference to earlier call). Party’s boss is supposed to be picking up tools and materials from the residence on Friday. Because of conflict between the two, caller would like officer to be present when items are retrieved. Will call on Friday when time is established.

6:03 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Silver Lake Beach. Party advised of park hours and sent on way.

6:35 p.m. — Paperwork served to party on Arthur Avenue.

6:42 p.m. — Paperwork served to party on Pleasant Street.

7:08 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle, Daniel Shays Highway and Fielding Way. Party was visiting plot. No issues.

7:41 p.m. — Harrington Street party in the lobby looking to speak to an officer regarding past domestic. Report.

9:04 p.m. — Responded to disturbance, Harrington Street.

9:21 p.m. — Welfare check, Main Street. Caller stated daughter was making Q5 statements on Facebook and via text message. Subject made statements of taking 20 Ambien pills. Officer requested ambulance and will complete section paperwork.

Thursday, Nov. 7

12:07 a.m. — 911 caller requesting ambulance for 43-year-old male having medication withdrawals and altered mental status, South Street. Locked in the bathroom screaming he will fight responders when they arrive. On arrival, party was cooperative and was transported without incident.

12:29 a.m. — Officer was flagged down by party requesting ambulance for male who believes he is about to have a seizure, Main Street. Transported to Athol Hospital by ambulance.

1:33 a.m. — Disabled motor vehicle, Daniel Shays Highway. Truck was able to move under own power.

1:48 a.m. — Suspicious person, main Street. Caller reporting individual sleeping inside the electrical closet under her bedroom window. Subject gone on arrival. Officer walked around the area and another officer patrolled the area and no one was located.
