ATHOL – On Wednesday, July 17, Athol Credit Union will team up with Exclusive Buyer’s Agent Tom Wemett to help community members in the market for a new home. The Homebuyers Roundtable event will feature discussions on how to finance a home purchase; what expenses need to be considered before, during, and after the purchasing process; and how to improve your credit score to get the best financing available.

“Buying a home can be a complex process” says Luis Cisneros, the Mortgage Lending and Business Development Specialist at ACU. “Our goal is to make the financing part as transparent and easy for the borrower as possible. We are here to help find the right solution for each borrower and so we strive to provide a space where people feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their doubts and concerns.”

The event will also feature insight from Tom Wemett, an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent representing home buyers only. With more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry, Wemett will cover information buyers need to know before starting the shopping process, and what to consider when you do find your “dream home.”

The Homebuyers Roundtable is free to all and will be held at ACU’s Community Development Center. To reserve a seat, visit the Athol Credit Union Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/AtholCreditUnion).
