7 p.m. — 3-Card Bingo, Athol-Orange Eagles, 99 Hapgood St., Athol. Braille cards available. Doors open at 6.

Saturday, Dec. 7

8 a.m. to 2 p.m. — St. John’s Episcopal Church Christmas Bazaar, 15 Park Ave., Athol. Drawings at 2 p.m., Tourtiere (pre-order at 978-575-1260) crafts, wreaths, cookies by the pound, pies, Santa, snack bar, bake sale, thrift shop.

9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — The Orange Historical Society’s Christmas Bazaar, 41 North Main St., Orange. Chance table, tin can raffle, food items available at the bakery and canned goods table. Contact Kathy Schiappa for information on donating or becoming a member of the Historical Society. Drawings at 2 p.m.

9 a.m. — St. Martin’s Church in Otter River will hold its annual Holiday Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8 at the American Legion Hall, 3 Central St., Baldwinville. Theme baskets, a major prize raffle, Chinese auction, fresh Christmas wreaths, “Polish Auction” with 40 gift baskets, home-made baked goods, Santa.

11 a.m. to noon — Senator Comerford’s People’s Office Library Tour gathering at Phinehas S. Newton Library, Royalston.

Noon — AOTV Auction, Dec. 7 and continues through Dec. 8. Channel 1301, Simulcast on WVAO 105.9 FM. Live stream from www.aotv13.org. Call 978-249-4470 for bidder number.

2-4 p.m. — Cocoa and Cookies with Santa, hosted by Tintagels Gate ~ Flowerland, at 505 Main St., Athol. Mrs. Claus will also be there to give out small gifts to children. Info: 978-830-4611.

4 p.m. — The Pioneer Valley Brass will perform a free public concert of holiday music at the Central Congregational Church, 93 South Main St., in Orange. Info: Maureen Riendeau 978-413-6867. The concert will be followed by a baked ziti dinner (ziti, bread, salad, dessert, beverage) at 5 p.m. Info: 978-544-6895 or 978-939-8608.

7-9 p.m. — Tintagels Gate, downtown Athol, will host “Cocoa and Cookies With Santa” on the premises at 505 Main St.

7 p.m. — Mahar Senators Touchdown Committee meat raffle, American Legion, Daniel Shays Highway, Orange. Raffle baskets and food. Proceeds to benefit the Scholarship Fund. Not a school-sponsored event.

Sunday, Dec. 8

2-5 p.m. — Maurice’s Fashion Show, at Clamber Hill Inn & Restaurant in Petersham, organized by Deni Ellis, co-owner of Clamber Hill. Models from Maurice’s at the North Quabbin Commons will display items available at the store on the catwalk. Tickets available at Clamber Hill or online at eventbrite.com. $20 advance/$25 at the door, admission includes food and one beverage

3 p.m. — The Pioneer Valley Brass will perform a free public concert of holiday music at the Congregational Church, 28 Green St., in Gardner with the Greater Gardner Community Chorus.

5 p.m. — Community tree lighting and visit by Santa Claus on the common in Shutesbury, hosted by the Shutesbury Community Church. The event will include a carol sing inside the church, the arrival of Santa, lighting of the tree on the Common, and children’s visits with Santa back inside the church. Cocoa, coffee and refreshments will be available. All are welcome. Volunteers are needed to decorate the tree at 11 a.m. Dec. 7.
