Friday, Nov. 2

8:24 a.m. — Verbal warning issued to motorist stopped on Daniel Shays Highway for marked lane violation.

8:27 a.m. — Ball Street party states someone wrote on her van, passenger side sliding door in red market. Easily removed. Advised of options.

10:07 a.m. — East River Street caller requested officer to her apartment to speak with subject regarding threats she has received. Subject has threatened physical harm to another. Officer spoke with subject who stated party made a homicide threat towards subject. Same incident was reported last night and officers dealt with parties. Officer attempted to locate party but he was not home. Caller and friends will go up to the court today.

12:44 p.m. — Traffic stop, Daniel Shays Highway (Sunoco) for operator with expired registration. Unable to renew on site. Operator will leave car at parking lot and walk over to her house. Verbal warning issued.

2:45 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Partridgeville Road. White Subaru all over the road, call er was crossing into Athol on Partridgeville Road. Conferenced in with Athol Police.

3:21 p.m. — Report of annoying phone calls, East Main Street. IRS scam call.

3:35 p.m. — CAller reports party was just at  court and not happy about order he got today. He threatened to kill subject, which was witnessed by court staff. Cruisers advised.

4:40 p.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Brookside Road. CAller states there was a white car racing on the street, heading toward Athol. Ongoing issue. Vehicle gone on arrival.

5:59 p.m. — Mechanic Street caller states his neighbor’s vehicle, a Buick sedan parked in the driveway, has been running for at least 2 ½ hours. States he knocked on the door and tried calling him but no response. At 6:01 called back to say male came out and shut it off.

6:52 p.m. — Report of a white male walking on East River Street, same side as the airport, wearing a hat, long hair and carrying a backpack. Sattes they witnessed him fall and when they stopped and asked if he was okay, he appeared intoxicated and stated no and that he was looking for Cheney Street. Advised he was walking in wrong direction. Officer could not locate.

7:04 p.m. — Ball Street caller reports having an argument with his property manager and feels it’s harassment. Options discussed.

7:35 p.m. — Oak Drive caller states kids at school are sending her son texts telling him to kill himself. Officer spoke with party about messages. Her son was not cooperative and said he deleted the messages and would not provide any information to officers on scene. Information will be forwarded to School Resource Officer.
