Sunday, June 3

7:30 a.m. — Wayne Alarm calling for rear door alarm, Main Street. No issue. Business was open.

11:10 a.m. — Vehicles operated by Haylie Baker, 59 Park St., Athol and David Berry, 270 East Main St., Orange, were in collision on Cottage Street. f —

11:30 a.m. — Ridge Avenue caller requested officer to discuss personal issue. Spoke with party; advised it was not a police matter.

12:08 p.m. — Female states someone stole screws from her swing set and defaced her trampoline with graffiti, Dorset Road. Requested extra patrols.

12:09 a.m. — Motorist stopped for speeding on Brookside Road issued warning.

1:15 p.m. — Party dropped off ATM card found.

2:45 p.m. — Male party requested well-being check for both his child and their mother, who called him in hysterics stating the 12-year-old boy was out of control, Central Street. Officer spoke to male party.

4:39 p.m. — Caller reports one bright blue car and a motorcycle racing up and down Silver Lake Street. While enroute, officer got a call for a missing juvenile.

8:14 p.m. — Caller states there is an intoxicated male at her graduation party that she would like removed, He is causing a disturbance, Anzio Road. Male party placed in custody, brought to station.

8:38 p.m. — South Main Street caller reports hearing multiple gunshots going off in white house on Main Street.

9:26 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Main Street.

10:35 p.m. — Concord Street caller states no one is supposed to be on the second floor. They are causing a disturbance. Assisted.

Monday, June 4

2:14 a.m. — Disabled motor vehicle, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Vehicle ran out of gas; officer assisted with refuel and sent on way.

4:27 a.m. — Prisoner released without incident.

4:39 a.m. — Motor vehicle complaint, Shore Drive. Both unregistered motor vehicles removed from the roadway.

7:20 a.m. — Alarm activation, Pleasant Street. Accidental.

7:27 a.m. — Summons served to Christian Browne, Marble Street, to appear at Middlesex.

8:20 a.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Exchange Street. Vehicle stopped after officer observed subject placing a bag of trash in the dumpster and leaving. Additional follow—up with property owner required to determine if charges will be filed.

8:28 a.m. — Caller reported traffic hazard, Hapgood Street. Department of Public Works on scene. Water bubbling out of catch basin.

8:38 a.m. — Wellington Street party reported her house was foreclosed on and she was supposed to move out today but she has been in the hospital due to a motor vehicle accident and hasn’t moved her property out. There is currently a moving truck there for the new occupants but she does not want them to go into her house. Determined Sheriff’s department is involved and matter is civil. No need for police involvement.

8:39 a.m. — Welfare check requested at Crescent Street. Party called stating someone arrived in a vehicle got to house that was for auction a couple days ago and they haven’t seen him leave and requested welfare check. Officer reported house was locked and no one appears to be home. Officer found residence to be padlocked from outside. No reason to believe anyone is inside.

9:56 a.m. — Medical emergency, Exchange Street. Athol Fire Department received a call for subject with altered mental status. Ambulance dispatched.

10:06 a.m. — Report of large moose in area of Stan’s Auto Body. Second call of that animal on School Street. Multiple calls on Riverbend Street to report animal. Officer will continue to be on the lookout.

10:15 a.m. — Medical emergency, Petersham Road. Female party calling to report a possible insect bite/unknown rash. Athol Fire Department requesting mutual aid. Orange has the patient.

11:06 a.m. — Report of trespassing, Marble Street. Caller says no one is allowed inside. Subject sent on way.

11:45 a.m. — Animal complaint, loose dog on White Pond Road.

11:47 a.m. — Medical emergency, Main Street. Party transported to the emergency room. Athol Fire requesting police due to patient being uncooperative. Assisted.

12:01 p.m. — Report of disabled motor vehicle blocking the roadway, Lake Ellis Road. Gone on arrival. Checked area down to the Orange line, unable to locate.

12:02 p.m. — Barking dog complaint, Second Street. Owner advised.

12:37 p.m. — Assisted another agency. Officer to South Main Street to assist United States Postal INspector.

1:50 p.m. — Walk-in follow—up investigation, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Photos taken.

3:24 p.m. — Lenox Street caller states there is a teenage boy who is yelling and screaming. Spoke to grandmother who stated he had become angry when she would not give him his cellphone after he was punished. Mother brought her son to speak to someone.

3:31 p.m. — Highland Street caller states he returned from a weekend away to find two of his prescriptions gone. Spoke with party; stolen from Great Wolf Lodge in Leominster.

4:50 p.m. — Motor vehicle stop, Templeton Road.
