5:27 a.m. — Main Street caller requesting police assistance with customer who seems disoriented.

6:02 a.m. — Ambulance requested for family member having a psychotic episode, Cottage Street. Transported to Athol Hospital.

7:51 a.m. — Fire department responded to Sunset Avenue for possible chimney fire. Officers assisted department.

8:28 a.m. — Report of disabled motor vehicle Main Street. Officer spoke with operator who advised he is painting the grill of the truck, which is why his hood was up. No other issues found.

8:56 a.m. — Officer served paperwork in hand, Brickyard Road.

9:06 a.m. — Exchange Street; bank requesting assistance with refilling the ATM machine.

10:17 a.m. — Assisted citizen; officer informing party of how to get their property back. Officer stood by while party retrieved his belongings, Brickyard Road.

10:43 a.m. — Medical emergency, South Royalston Road; 90-year-old male fell and is complaining of leg pain.

10:50 a.m. — Paperwork served in hand, South Street.

11:22 a.m. — Clinician calling for a wellness check on male party that they believe has been missing for 12 hours, Main Street. CSO called back; male is all set.

12:55 p.m. — Caller requesting a welfare check on a friend he hasn’t heard from in a few days. Officer spoke with husband who stated his wife was not home at the moment but she is fine.

1:23 p.m. — Party in lobby about a harassment order, Washington Avenue. Officer spoke with party regarding Facebook posts about her. Party ended up deciding to leave before she could be given her options.

3:05 p.m. — Sanders Street party stating the roofers working on the house has nails on the ground and now they have three popped tires. The roofers also pulled wires off their house. Officer spoke with party and advised her to speak with the landlord regarding the issue. Officer spoke with roofing crew; they stated they had just started the job today and were planning to pick up debris when finished. The reporting party’s driveway abuts the property they are renovating.

4:34 p.m. — Party would like to speak with officer about his ex moving with all of his belongings, Sunset Avenue.

5:04 p.m. — Citation issued for speeding, Daniel Shays Highway at Froman Street.

5:15 p.m. — Citation issued for speeding, Daniel Shays Highway at Patrick Avenue.

6:37 p.m. — Secret Lake Road caller requesting assistance with a very large dog that has collapsed in the front yard. An officer and animal control responded to assist.

7:20 p.m. — Medical emergency, Silver Lake Park. Female requesting ambulance for male in his 50s bleeding from the knee. Caller states he is also very intoxicated. Transported to Athol Hospital.

8:19 p.m. — Warning issued for defective headlight, Main and Chestnut Hill Avenue.

8:29 p.m. — Warning for red light violation, Main and Central streets.

8:43 p.m. — Warning for defective headlight, School and Brown streets.

8:48 p.m. — Two females that had been at Silver Lake Beach turned in property believed to belong to subject in earlier call. Property returned to owner in the emergency room.

9:14 p.m. — Warning issued for no plate lights, Main Street.

9:22 p.m. — Warning for speeding, Crescent and Silver Lake streets.

9:27 p.m. — Warning for stop sign violation, Main Street.

9:32 p.m. — Ambulance to Gibson Drive for 64-year-old male with pain in both legs from recent surgery.

9:36 p.m. — Warning for defective headlight, Main Street.
