The U.S. Postal Service has announced some of its 2018 stamp program. This will include an 11th Lunar New Year stamp, a block of four featuring winter birds, 10 stamps featuring frozen treats, a peace stamp featuring a rose, a two cent lemon stamp, and a stamp noting the bicentennial of the adoption of the national flag limited to 13 stripes, but with one star for each state.
Famous people scheduled to be honored on stamps include astronaut Sally Ride, and children’s entertainer Fred Rogers. The first class stamp rate will increase in January to 51 cents.
