Jason A. Iorio, 39, 4 South Athol Rd., Athol - operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 15, 2016.

Ryo S. First-Arai, 23, Leeds - leaving the scene of property damage - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 8, 2016.

Neil A. Mack, 59, 35 West St., Petersham - operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, subsequent offense; uninsured motor vehicle - dismissed by Commonwealth.

Dylan J. Wilson, 25, Templeton - vandalize state building - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 15, 2016.

Timothy J. Bowers, Sr., 52, 477 Main St., Athol - vandalize property - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 4, 2016

Steven G. Chaisson, 59, 119 Prospect St., Athol - malicious destruction of property over $250 - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 4, 2016.

Kevin H. Neville, 40, 85 Old State Rd., Erving - assault - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Jan. 8, 2016.

Eric D. Malone, 48, Shutesbury - assault and battery on a family/household member - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Dec. 18.

Michelle Sampson, 41, 78 Cheney St. - assault and battery - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Dec. 18.

Dakota L. Melanson, 21, 154 Colonial Dr., Athol - operating under the influence of liquor, speeding - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Dec. 21.

Jenika E. King, 19, 163 South Athol Rd., Athol - breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for felony, larceny under $250 - admitted to sufficient facts, continued without a finding until Nov. 22, 2016, must pay $90 victim/witness assessment, no drugs or alcohol with screenings, must complete substance abuse evaluation and treatment and mental evaluation and treatment, must re-enter high school or obtain GED; wanton destruction of property over $250 - dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth.

Eric Legare, 30, 354 Vine St., Athol - operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense - dismissed upon request of the Commonwealth; unregistered motor vehicle - found not responsible.

Daniel R. Willor, 25, 75 West Main St., Erving - reckless operation of a motor vehicle, motorcycle passenger violation, marked lines violation, speeding - pleaded innocent, pretrial conference Dec. 18.
