8:17 a.m. - Passing motorist reports seeing man who was walking a dog punch the dog, Sanders Street. Officer and animal control officer advised.
8:48 a.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance, Unity Avenue. Assisted Athol Fire Department. Party transported.
9:12 a.m. - 911 caller reports German shepherd looks injured, Riceville Road. ACO advised. No one at residence at this time.
10:17 a.m. - Attempt to serve summons, Miles Road.
10:32 a.m. - Traffic stop, South Main Street. Verbal warning for speeding.
10:44 a.m. - Summons served, Miles Road.
10:58 a.m. - Caller requests to speak to officer about storing an ex-boyfriend’s belongings, South Main Street. Advised subject to contact court about laws for storing property. Property should not be disposed of unless court requirements are met.
11:11 a.m. - Caller believes a woman driving a truck has gone off the road, Lyons Hill Road. Spoke to female party who stated brake line was frozen and she couldn’t stop, but did not leave the road. Advised of complaint.
11:19 a.m. - Walk-in requests officer stand by while abandoned house is secured, Cottage Street. Officers checked residence; all secure. Extra patrols requested.
2:06 p.m. - 911 caller reports she has smoke coming from pipe in her wall; pipe is connected to wood stove, North Orange Road. AFD on scene a 2:11. No fire; possible chimney obstruction. AFD handled.
3:30 p.m. - AFD reports receiving call from party reporting loose cows on White Pond Road. ACO advised.
3:34 a.m. - Caller reports he returned home at 1:30 to find all of the outside water spigots turned on full blast, Harvard Avenue. States this is the second time this has occurred and his property manager told him to report it to police. Spoke to party about ongoing investigation.
4:06 p.m. - 911 caller reports unconscious subject lying on ground in front of residence, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Assisted AFD.
4:39 p.m. - Caller requests ambulance, Everett Avenue. Assisted AFD.
4:39 p.m. - Caller reports silver tabby cat on Petersham Road near Lyons Hill Road. Believes animal is lost. Assistant ACO responded. Animal gone on arrival.
4:47 p.m. - Caller reports erratic driver, Pleasant Street. Subject passing on double yellow line in marked school zone. Vehicle gone upon arrival.
4:49 p.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance, Crescent Street. Female party taken to Athol Hospital.
5:37 p.m. - Assisted another police department. Checked residence, Silver Lake Street. Party not home.
6:34 p.m. - 911 caller reports he needs officers at residence where male party has threatened to shoot him, White Pond Road. States no weapon was shown. Received several additional 911 calls in which parties stated there was domestic situation at the location. Verbal argument only. Stood by while property was gathered. Subject sent on way.
6:59 p.m. - Caller reports two juvenile shoplifters, New Athol Road, Orange.
7:18 p.m. - Traffic stop, South Main Street. Citation issued for defective tail lights.
7:55 p.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance, Tower Road. Party taken to AH.
8:46 p.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance, Harugari Street. Assisted AFD.
9:56 p.m. - Caller reports several children yelling and screaming and running through the woods; they are keeping his family awake, Birch Street. Children outside playing; party advised of complaint.
10:21 p.m. - Caller reports she is locked out of apartment, Main Street. Unable to reach landlord. Assisted AFD. Entry gained without damage.
10:39 p.m. - Follow-up, Union Street.
11:22 p.m. - Alarm, Main Street. Subjects no longer inside store upon arrival.
1:35 a.m. - House check, Old Keene Road.
1:49 a.m. - House check, Liberty Street.
2:16 a.m. - House check, Newton Street.
2:23 a.m. - House check, Myrtle Street.
3:13 a.m. - House check, Sanders Street.
3:16 a.m. - House check, Franklin Street.
3:20 a.m. - Tickets issued for overnight winter parking ban violations, Pierce Street and Wallingford Avenue.
3:25 a.m. - Caller reports noise disturbance, Main Street. Music playing very loudly upon arrival. Advised party music needed to be turned down.
3:50 a.m. - House check, Batchelder Road.
4:02 a.m. - House check, Pinedale Avenue.
4:08 a.m. - House check, Lincoln Avenue.
10:15 a.m. - Caller reports her snowblower is missing, Twichell Street. States she has a picture of it but no other information, such as serial number.
11:06 a.m. - 911 caller reports her daughter has an issue; unsure what is wrong, Arlington Street. At 11:09, AFD notified. Subject found to be under the influence of alcohol after having consumed several beers and shots of vodka. No true medical emergency. Party slurring words due to alcohol consumption. Party came to residence and was to take care and control over his daughter until she sobered up and could return home.
11:17 a.m. - Caller reports suspicious vehicle at abandoned house, Bryant Street.
11:32 a.m. - Walk-in requests to speak to officer about subject making threat to kill neighbor’s dog because it was barking. She was reporting same on behalf of her neighbor.
12:09 p.m. - Attempt to serve restraining order (209A), Pleasant Street.
12:25 p.m. - Assisted another police department, Bryant Street. At 1:07, a teletype message was sent to police department.
12:29 p.m. - Attempt to serve summons, King Road.
1:39 p.m. - Caller reports street signs for Main and School streets have blown off the post. He was bringing them inside the YMCA. Message left for Department of Public Works. At 4:36, YMCA called to advise that subject took signs and is going to put them in DPW office. At 4:42, party left message advising DPW of the same.
2:37 p.m. - Traffic stop, Main and Spring streets.
2:51 p.m. - Alarm, Templeton Road.
3:32 p.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance for husband who is having allergic reaction and whose throat is swelling, Gage Road. Husband conscious, alert and breathing. Epinephrine pen administered. Party states doctor told her to call police. Assisted AFD with party suffering from nut allergy. Subject transported.
3:50 p.m. - Trash removed from road and put on sidewalk, Main Street. Message left for DPW.
5:06 p.m. - 911 caller requests officer as his 14-year-old daughter is at her friend’s house and they are refusing to give the daughter back to her parents, Old Keene Road.
5:33 p.m. - Caller requests officer view threatening messages her daughter is getting from her daughter’s husband, Pequoig Avenue. Advised party of harassment options.
6:05 p.m. - Caller reports two men just tried getting into his apartment posing as police officers, Main Street. States they did gain entry into other apartments. Subjects went out front door and went around building and were lighting off firecrackers. One was wearing a tan Carhartt jacket and the other was in a black leather jacket. Both had hooded sweatshirts underneath. Officers checked area several times. Unable to locate.
6:30 p.m. - Caller reports she lost her EBT card, South Main Street.
6:33 p.m. - Officer filing a 51A (child endangerment and neglect) report.
7:19 p.m. - Caller reports two subjects walking around apartment building, Main Street. Area checked; not located.
7:20 p.m. - Fitchburg Police request officer check location for subject for whom there is probable cause to arrest for domestic incident, Beacon Street. No answer at door.
7:39 p.m. - Prisoner reports she is pregnant and having pain. AFD responded and spoke to party who refused treatment.
7:58 p.m. - Caller reports a man came into location and went into the bathroom and fell, Traverse Street. Party conscious and talking but was still on the floor. Assisted AFD. Party taken to AH.
8:31 p.m. - Caller requests sex offender list. Information provided.
8:52 p.m. - Personnel from state’s Department of Children and Families to station with regard to 51A report.
9:27 p.m. - Alarm, Tower Road. Officer sent; building secure. Key holder responded at 10 p.m., officer returned. Alarm re-set.
10:48 p.m. - Spoke to walk-in about ongoing investigations.
11:46 p.m. - Caller reports being harassed via Facebook, Main Street. Advised of harassment prevention order (HPO) option through Orange District Court on Monday.
12:55 a.m. - Caller reports party is harassing her by saying that if caller does not take down Facebook posts she would call police on her, Green Street. Advised to seek court assistance if issue continues.
1:54 a.m. - Caller reports she heard a woman screaming and then heard a vehicle crash, Washington Avenue. She thinks it hit a pole. Area checked; no sign of accident.
3:58 a.m. - Officer filed 51A in connection with arrest.

3:05 p.m. - Caller reports neighbors’ dogs are loose and keep coming into her yard and attacking her dogs which are tied up, Oakland Avenue. Area checked; no loose dogs found. Information passed onto ACO.
5:25 p.m. - Assisted AFD with vehicle leaking gas, Union Street.
5:25 p.m. - Caller reports harassment via text, Pequoig Avenue. Spoke to party about harassment via text and Facebook from ex-husband. Advised of HPO option through court. Spoke with ex-husband and advised of complaint.
5:56 p.m. - 911 caller requests officers respond for unwanted male party, Grove Street. Verbal argument. Advise caller of court options.
6:45 p.m. - Caller reports seeing two small children in a car without car seats, New Athol Road. Area checked; no contact.
8:50 p.m. - 911 caller requests ambulance, Unity Avenue. Assisted AFD.
11:15 p.m. - Officer advised there was a strong odor of propane in sally port at station. AFD responded.
11:18 p.m. - Spoke with male party who stated he was having trouble with his neighbor, Exchange Street. Male party advised it was a civil matter and to seek court assistance.
