 8:04 a.m. - Follow-up, Royalston Road.

8:32 a.m. - Follow-up, Highland Street.

8:35 a.m. - Attempt to serve summons, Main Street.

9:37 a.m. - Caller reports she wants to walk her dog; however, several people in the park have their dogs off their leashes, Silver Lake Park. Observed dogs off leash but following commands of the owner.

9:40 a.m. - Walk-in reports fraud, Crescent Street.

9:55 a.m. - Caller requests welfare check, Gibson Drive. Mail accumulating and caller can’t make contact with subject. Aide was at residence and had located subject.

9:57 a.m. - Follow-up, Prospect Street. Residence checked again after previous suspicious activity was reported.

10:02 a.m. - Caller reports dog being left inside vehicle for several days, Green Street. Gone on arrival.

10:03 a.m. - Caller reports property manager entering her apartment without permission, Cheney Street. Manager stated door was ajar and he knocked on it and then closed it. Stated he never went inside.

10:27 a.m. - Animal complaint, Pleasant Street.

10:28 a.m. - Summons served, West Royalston Road.

10:32 a.m. - Caller reports he left his X-box at a friend’s house and when he went to pick it up it was gone, Exchange Street. Subject found out system was sold at Never Grow Up. Under investigation.

3:05 p.m. - Caller states she has a knife and wants to kill herself, Harrington Street. Athol Fire Department on scene at 3:17. Officers assisted. Party taken to Athol Hospital without incident.

3:20 p.m. - AH ER reports male, 14, wearing a T-shirt and blue jeans left. At 3:24, personnel from state’s Department of Children and Families had party in custody and were returning him to ER.

3:33 p.m. - AH requests police assistance for patient who is again trying to escape. Officer assisted ER staff.

3:38 p.m. - Subject to station to get belongings from her apartment, South Street. There is a restraining order (209A) in effect. Officer assisted walk-in.

4:15 p.m. - AH requests police respond for uncooperative patient. Both officers on other calls. State Police responded.

4:20 p.m. - CVS employee reports female customer stole the license of another customer, Main Street. Manager to review surveillance video. Spoke to party and determined she accidentally took other party’s license.

4:52 p.m. - Caller reports his neighbors were outside arguing, Central Street. States male and female are not outside now but it is an ongoing issue. Spoke to subjects. Confirmed heated verbal argument. Subjects advised of complaint.

4:58 p.m. - Caller reports his personal belongings were taken from apartment, South Street.

5:06 p.m. - Traffic stop, Main and Central streets. Verbal warning for failure to use care in turning.

5:07 p.m. - 209A served, South Street.

5:27 p.m. - Officer out with tree down on wires and across the road, Chestnut Hill Avenue. Notified Royalston Police and National Grid. AFD on scene at 5:35. Royalston Police on scene at 5:41. National Grid on scene at 5:51. Message left with Department of Public Works at 5:58 regarding need for tree removal. At 6, DPW advised response time would be about 30 minutes.

5:40 p.m. - Sex offender information given to walk-in.

5:59 p.m. - Caller requests welfare check on an intoxicated female under municipal parking garage, Exchange Street. Homeless subject taken into protective custody.

6:02 p.m. - Caller requests assistance with removal of his belongings, South Street. Services rendered.

6:25 p.m. - Traffic stop, Main Street. Verbal warning for failure to use care in starting.

6:35 p.m. - Officer out for transport of female from AH to Harrington Street location. At 6:37, female had already made other arrangements.

6:53 p.m. - Caller reports her father received a call from party asking him to leave any unwanted coats at end of his driveway for pick-up on Thursday between 7 a.m. and noon. Advised caller there are companies that go around picking up clothing but without any information on the company it would be hard to know if this were a legitimate company or not. Advised that if she wanted to she could put out clothes and keep an eye on them and call police if anything suspicious were observed.

7:45 p.m. - Caller reports drug activity, Sanders Street. Spoke to tenant on first floor and found everything was all set.

9:34 p.m. - House check, Old Keene Road.

9:47 p.m. - House check, Pleasant Street.


1:45 a.m. - House check, Franklin Street.

2:12 a.m - House check, Old Keene Road.

2:19 a.m. - Officer removing branch from travel lane, Silver Lake Street.

2:30 a.m. - Officer reports due to heavy rains and large amounts of leaves covering storm drains the water is a foot deep on the road in front of Adams Animal Hospital, South Main Street. MassDOT advised.

5:59 a.m. - Officer speeding to protective custody prisoner in cell. Breathalyzer conducted after subject was in custody for eight hours. Subject kept in protective custody due to level of intoxication.

6:16 a.m .- Caller reports she and her boyfriend moved into the garage of a house she owns and there is no bathroom, Arthur Avenue. She is looking for assistance as the current tenants will not let her use the bathroom in the house. Subject had been using the bathroom previously but is now being locked out. Advised to seek assistance through the court or contact her boyfriend who owns the property. At 6:35, male party called to speak to officer about the same property.

6:40 a.m. - AH called to report male subject who is under a Section 12 just left the ER and they need him back immediately. Subject wearing a red knit hat, white sneakers, khaki pants and a black jacket.
