Community Foundation elects trustees, officers
FITCHBURG — The Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts elected trustees and officers at its recent annual meeting.
Re-elected as trustees to three-year terms were Richard Cella, Law Office of Richard A. Cella, Leominster; Jay Drake, Royal Steam Heater, Gardner; Ashleigh Gelinas, Gelinas and Ward, LLC, Leominster; Charles Gelinas, Gelinas and Ward, LLC, Leominster; Richard Nobile, Holden; Allen Rome, Hub International/Rome Insurance, Fitchburg; Gary Shepherd, ShepCo Inc., Townsend; and Steven Stone, Sterilite Corporation, Townsend.
Elected as officers to one-year terms were Ted Lapres, Nypro Inc., Clinton, chairman; Henri Sans, LeBlanc & Sans, Gardner, vice chairman; Steven Stone, treasurer; Thomas Bagley III, Anderson, Bagley and Mayo Insurance Agency Inc., Leominster, clerk; and Philip M. Grzewinski, Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts, Fitchburg, president and recording secretary.
